My experience with leasing a vehicle Pretty good service. The sales person was difficult to understand. He spoke quickly and dropped off at the end of every word. I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying several times. He was kind and courteous and went through whatever I wanted him to tell me about the car. Also, I had a budget. He wanted to go through the types of cars, but I told him to tell me what I could get within my budget and not bother with all the rest. He did what I asked and I did appreciate that. When I came back to sign off on everything and pick up the car, we had to wait a good 20 minutes for the financial manager to see us to sign off on the contract. That was very annoying as it was evening, I had worked a full day, my husband and I were very tired and wanted to go home. We should not have to wait that long. More

Good. I purchased a new Corolla. The sales person, John Metcalfe, was knowledgeable, couteous and friendly. On my 2nd visit, I wanted my son to test drive I purchased a new Corolla. The sales person, John Metcalfe, was knowledgeable, couteous and friendly. On my 2nd visit, I wanted my son to test drive a Corolla and he did. John gave us time to discuss a few things before I made an offer. The only negative is I wanted to pick up the new car on Monday but Thursday being the end of the month it was made clear it was preferable that I pick it up by Thursday. More

The entire process was professional, educational and free of gimmicks. I appreciated Loren's expertise as he was able to answer many of my technical questions about the car. They did not engage in high-pressure sales tactics, and Loren was more than happy to openly share relevant information about the car's history and maintenance records with me. They were also more than happy to give me time to think about my purchase, and ensure that all of my questions were answered prior to making an offer. I also really appreciated that Loren came in despite not being scheduled to work on the day when I did decide to make an offer. I am happy to have purchased my used Toyota at Kanata Toyota, and would recommend Loren and the entire Kanata Toyota team to anyone in the Ottawa Valley area looking for a positive pressure-free and transparent car-buying experience.
