Buyer Beware I am writing to review a major safety concern. Please note that this review is not intended to discredit the dealership, but rather to make other customers aware of dangerous situations that they may experience with used vehicle purchases from this dealership. I purchased a used 2012 Dodge Journey from this dealership 6 weeks ago. Last week my battery would not start, which is fine. Upon servicing the vehicle to replace the battery, my mechanic noticed that the tray which the battery sits on was rusted and corroded to the point where the battery was about to fall through. It is almost certain that if I would have continued to drive this vehicle the battery would have fallen through the tray which could potentially cause a great deal of harm and physical injury to me or to others. I contacted the dealer and raised this concern only to be brushed off with a 'sorry, it's too late' attitude. Even so, it took them 9 days to get back to me with this response! The dealership mentioned that the battery is not part of a safety check, which is understandable. However, when the tray that holds the battery is in such bad shape that a battery is about to fall right through it they should take action before putting the vehicle for sale. I am very disappointed at this dealership's lack of attention to this critical detail before selling the vehicle and crass response to my concern afterwards. In conclusion: BUYER BEWARE before you or a loved one is injured from this dealer's negligence. More

Won't go back Very hard to get a straight answer. Your concerns get tossed around to every employee they have. Was told to drive to the dealership to be told that the person to deal with is on vacation and won't be back until Monday. No call Monday. Guess they weren't in a hurry to help their customer. Lesson learnt. Have to do your own research for the vehicle you want to get the right one. No need for a sales person. I have a few family members the drive dodge, won't recommend. More

Communication occurred over 5+ days and the truck was never conveniently on the lot to obtain answers to questions I had. I had answers like "The truck has also been gone out with a serious customer for a few days", who lets a customer test drive a truck for a week?! Too many red flags here, stay away. More
