Very dissatisfied with the service at the dealership. Went in early in morning, not busy, no other customers around. I had a part in my car to replace a faulty HVAC but that was not my concern, I probabl Went in early in morning, not busy, no other customers around. I had a part in my car to replace a faulty HVAC but that was not my concern, I probably could have done that myself. My main concern was car not starting on occasions and I wanted mechanic to check codes etc before any work was done. I asked service person “ could you have the mechanic talk to me first so I can explain what my problem is”. I went and sat in lounge. 15 minutes later they come and tell me my car is done. I said I wanted to talk to mechanic to tell him my problem. He had not dealt with my issue at all. The lady I had asked to do this just sat there and pretended not to pay attention, explain or apologize It wasn’t until I got in her face and said I told you, that she said a very weak and insincere “Sorry”. Went into show room to talk to the general manager, sales person said he would handle it, he listened to my story, went into service bay, but nothing was solved. Will not be back for service or new vehicles More
