One person ruins it all I went to tilbury to purchase my van because I didn’t like how I was being spoken to at a dealership in Windsor and Tilbury Chrysler had a great reput I went to tilbury to purchase my van because I didn’t like how I was being spoken to at a dealership in Windsor and Tilbury Chrysler had a great reputation. The salesman was great, he was understanding of what we wanted and didn’t want. Great experience. The woman in finance was horrible. I understand pushing sales is part of the business, however, referring to parts of the van as “cheap china garbage” as reasons to get the warranty was to say the least a bold statement to the buyer of this vehicle. Also, I’m buying a minivan, not a challenger, I don’t need the bells and whistles I have kids and it will be for getting from a to b. Leaving me a voicemail and calling me “budget friendly” is extremely insulting. Because of her, I would never return. She didn’t finish our deal with us and pushed it onto someone else. This person was very nice but forgot to give us the ownership. More

Dodge caravan purchase I absolutely loved working with Jeff Kelley- he far surpassed my expectations and completely went out of his way to get me the vehicle I had been look I absolutely loved working with Jeff Kelley- he far surpassed my expectations and completely went out of his way to get me the vehicle I had been looking and hoping for!! Jeff made the process so easy and enjoyable for me and was able to work within the tight budget I gave him :) I definitely will be purchasing cars with him in the future!!:) All this aside tho- I will mention I was disappointed when I went to pick up the vehicle and noticed that the tank was not filled up!!! I believe that when someone purchases a brand new car that a full tank of gas would have been expected and appreciated!!
