I have had to wait even when appointment was made, in the check in area for more than an hour. I have asked not to be phoned but today, for the 6th time I hade to tell the caller not to call me anymore. I was immediately hung up on. I understand that they are a busy dealer and it has decome much worse over the last year, but a quick lube? With all this business you could surely afford to put one in. At this point I am searching for another dealer. I want the Toyota service, but I dont have 2 weeks to wait. More

GIGI TIPEI amazing! I leased my 2016 Camry XSE at another dealership that shalll remain unnamed. I damaged a tire and wheel on a curb covered by snow. Needing replacement I leased my 2016 Camry XSE at another dealership that shalll remain unnamed. I damaged a tire and wheel on a curb covered by snow. Needing replacement I approached my original dealer and they inattentive. I brought the vehicle to Weitzes and was processed by a service advisor GIgi Tipei. She was amazing and I'm usually pretty critical. She was genuine, helped me negotiate an obscure tire warranty that safed me over a thousand dollars. She is well spoken, knowledge and works on their customers behalf. I left even before I knew the claim would eventually be honoured feeling good about the experience at Weitzes because of GIgi. Wish there were more service advisors like her. Hope adamh@weitzes and garyb@weitzes take note. More

I went to a Toyota dealership in the Richmond Hill and Markham area and the customer experience was so bad I may as well have been invisible. On my way home I stopped at Wietzes at Dufferin and Steeles and a salesperson Nash sold me a car on the spot! Shuttle service is provided within reasonable distances when you are servicing your car. Shuttle driver Paul provides excellent customer service as well. It was well worth my while and I always feel like a valued customer whenever I visit. More

Nash in particular was a salesman who proved not only personable but accomodating to The Max. He and Roger made the dealing process simple, straightforward, and actually enjoyable! The deal was fair and equitable, without the stress of back and forth haggling. The follow up, in vehicle preparation with dent repair, windshield chip repair, tire replacement, full internal and external cleaning, was all done professionally and without issue. Other extras ordered were done fast and well. Especially the tint!! Superior job done here, at a great price. A day before the appointment, an adviser calls to say that the work will take a full day. Need a loaner car, but no loaners are available at the said dealership. Gotta wait a week. No problem. I mentioned to an adviser on the phone that i will have to drop off my car and get a loaner and head to work right away due to the fact that i gotta be there for 7:30. She says that it should be no problem and it will be 5-10 minutes, because i have already gotten a loaner before. I come in for my appointment for 7 and they go through paperwork and have no idea what i need to do. I ask them how come nobody told them that i will be coming and what work needs to be done? They say they dont know and they werent notified of anything, however the adviser on the phone said that they will be ready for me. I got a loaner eventually, but came to work 18 minutes late. If it really takes that long to do paperwork and get everything ready, why not just say as it is? Why lie and waste customers time? More
