Horrible experience at Weitzes Toyota I wanted to buy 2014 Camry Hybrid SE. I met David Cheung (D.C.) in March 2014 about product info and what they had in their lot. Since I am young, he though I was just westing his time. He did not thought of me as a potential buyer, so he did not show any interest in explaining anything. Just played around on Toyota website, and nothing else that a usual sales advisor would do (did not show me the car, did not provide bruchure). He told me there would be no negotiation on Hybrid cars as dealer would make very little on all hybrid models (total bull crap). There is always some margin for negotiation, EVEN FOR HYBRID car. So I left. A month later I went to Weitzes Toyota to findout if they have the same Camry Hybrid SE with the colour I want. This guy saw me and came to me and asked me "You haven't bought the car? I new it". These were his exact words. I was totally shocked, moreover when I asked him if his dealership have the car or not. He said "we cannot give this information to just anyone who walks in the dealership" !!!!!!!!! I am a potential customer and you would not tell me if the car I want is in the dealership lot or not. I was humiliated there. Instead of being customer friendly, this guy is completely opposite of it. So I cancelled Weitzes Toyota despite the fact being nearest to my house. I bought my car in May from Woodbridge Toyota. I am writing this review to let Weitzes Toyota management know about what is going on the floor of their dealership and also to advise any buyer to not to go and see David Cheung at Weitzes Toyota More

My son was looking for his first car, went to Honda and Toyota. Decided to buy Toyota because of the great feeling we got from this dealership. No pressure, no empty promises, very straight forward.
