A day before the appointment, an adviser calls to say that the work will take a full day. Need a loaner car, but no loaners are available at the said dealership. Gotta wait a week. No problem. I mentioned to an adviser on the phone that i will have to drop off my car and get a loaner and head to work right away due to the fact that i gotta be there for 7:30. She says that it should be no problem and it will be 5-10 minutes, because i have already gotten a loaner before. I come in for my appointment for 7 and they go through paperwork and have no idea what i need to do. I ask them how come nobody told them that i will be coming and what work needs to be done? They say they dont know and they werent notified of anything, however the adviser on the phone said that they will be ready for me. I got a loaner eventually, but came to work 18 minutes late. If it really takes that long to do paperwork and get everything ready, why not just say as it is? Why lie and waste customers time? More

Horrible experience at Weitzes Toyota I wanted to buy 2014 Camry Hybrid SE. I met David Cheung (D.C.) in March 2014 about product info and what they had in their lot. Since I am young, he though I was just westing his time. He did not thought of me as a potential buyer, so he did not show any interest in explaining anything. Just played around on Toyota website, and nothing else that a usual sales advisor would do (did not show me the car, did not provide bruchure). He told me there would be no negotiation on Hybrid cars as dealer would make very little on all hybrid models (total bull crap). There is always some margin for negotiation, EVEN FOR HYBRID car. So I left. A month later I went to Weitzes Toyota to findout if they have the same Camry Hybrid SE with the colour I want. This guy saw me and came to me and asked me "You haven't bought the car? I new it". These were his exact words. I was totally shocked, moreover when I asked him if his dealership have the car or not. He said "we cannot give this information to just anyone who walks in the dealership" !!!!!!!!! I am a potential customer and you would not tell me if the car I want is in the dealership lot or not. I was humiliated there. Instead of being customer friendly, this guy is completely opposite of it. So I cancelled Weitzes Toyota despite the fact being nearest to my house. I bought my car in May from Woodbridge Toyota. I am writing this review to let Weitzes Toyota management know about what is going on the floor of their dealership and also to advise any buyer to not to go and see David Cheung at Weitzes Toyota More
