I purchased a one year old Sienna in May of 2017 from Downtown Toyota. After a few months I noticed some issues with the brakes. I went to my regular local dealership (Weitzes) to try to address it. Although the work required was not all covered by warranty, the two dealerships communicated with eachother and took care of all my needs without any cost. It was delivered today - one of the mirrors was cracked (makes you wonder about 160 points of check for toyota certified and the car was dirty. Nash's manager excuse was they sold a lot of cars and have a limited amount of employees. What an xxxxxxx!!! More
