He has sold many more since I picked up my new two tone, red interior Camry, yesterday. Laz made the entire transaction seem like we were getting the car together. Upon closing office, I was introduced to Helya Madani Business Manager. She was a young professional and eager to see me in a new ride as well. Having previously owned 4 BMW’s and a Mercedes Benz the closing office has always intimidated me a little. That was before Helya made the process feel like I was leasing a vehicle with a team and put me at ease with getting my new car. She closed the deal and got me a reduced ECP package when Toyota Finance wanted a small additional amount of money down... very sharp thinking. I love when sales people are on your side to protect your wallet like it’s their own. I highly recommend Wietzes and the family atmosphere. I also, re-met the owner Bert and his son Kevin. My wife and I walked in on a very busy day - all sales staff were tied up with customers- we were not ignored- the General Mgr -Gary - stepped in and made sure we were looked after - from initial test drive set up by George, to follow up ,and finally to purchasing the vehicle. Then we were passed on to Joseph who explained all the high tech stuff in car (very confusing for 60 yr olds ) . Thank you all for great team effort with no pressure- highly recommend dealership to anyone. More

Buyer BEWARE Lorne Chapman Product Advisor Wietzes Toyota Please be aware, I am speaking from personal experience, i spent $60,000 here and was completely Lorne Chapman Product Advisor Wietzes Toyota Please be aware, I am speaking from personal experience, i spent $60,000 here and was completely unsatisfied with the treatment. 1/10 rating!!!! I had ONGOING disputes for 3 months & contacted management. I ALWAYS read reviews before making large purchases, and I WISH I was warned beforehand by someone. There are good salesman and then some earn the bad " sleezy car salesman " stereotype. In my personal opinion, Lorne Chapman is a terrible salesman and should not be employed to handle customers I literally have turned away friends that were potential buyers to this location and sent them elsewhere. DO NOT treat your customers terribly, because people remember BAD experiences more vividly than good ones I'm buying my second car soon and i wouldn't go to this location EVEN if they gave me one for half price. I really wanted to like this place, read other reviews and realize the bulk of the comments posted here Oh and get this, there was a SCRATCH on my car that WASN'T THERE when i viewed the car in the dealership so from the time I purchased the car in the show room to the time I picked up the car ... They managed to scratch it!! Nightmare experience More

I purchased a one year old Sienna in May of 2017 from Downtown Toyota. After a few months I noticed some issues with the brakes. I went to my regular local dealership (Weitzes) to try to address it. Although the work required was not all covered by warranty, the two dealerships communicated with eachother and took care of all my needs without any cost. And I did not have to drive all the way downtown to get the work done. Weitzes took care of it for me! Great service from Adam H., Assad M. and Ken H. You made it easy for me.
