Another great visit I purchased my SanteFe in 2012 from Thornhill Hyundai and have had all of my maintenance services performed by Thornhill Hyundai and I have never had I purchased my SanteFe in 2012 from Thornhill Hyundai and have had all of my maintenance services performed by Thornhill Hyundai and I have never had any problems with my vehicle. The staff there are always professional and I always have my vehicle ready when they say and most of the time earlier. The thing I like most about Thornhill Hyundai is they never try to push me into buying more services, I feel confident in knowing that any recommendations made are actually required. Plus they have great coffee and if needed a shuttle service. It's also nice that my sales agent comes to talk with it at every service visit, to make sure that everything is still running smoothly, that I'm still happy with my purchase, and to just chat. Easy going I CAME IN TO GET MY WINDOW SWITCH FIXED. HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE A FEW HOURS TO DO. SO I GOT A RIDE HOME. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER WAS VERY NICE DIDNT TALK TO I CAME IN TO GET MY WINDOW SWITCH FIXED. HE SAID IT WOULD TAKE A FEW HOURS TO DO. SO I GOT A RIDE HOME. THE SHUTTLE DRIVER WAS VERY NICE DIDNT TALK TO MUCH OR TO LITTLE. HE DID MAKE ONE VERY FUNNY JOKE WHEN WE WERE SILENCE HE SAID " WELL THIS ISNT TO AWAKWARD" . AFTER A FEW HOURS I GOT A RIDE BACK FROM MY WIFE AND THE CAR STILL WASNT DONE. BUT TO MY SURPRISE IT WASNT DONE BECAUSE ANDREW THE ADVISOR WAS OUT IN THE SHOP WASHING IT FOR ME!! I WAS SHOCKED AND SURPRISED I HAVE NEVER SEEN THE SERVICE ADVISOR WASH THE CUSTOMERS CAR. HE REALLY WENT ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY. ONCE THE CAR WAS DONE HE BROUGHT IT UP TO THE FRONT AND SAID HE WAS SORRY IT TOOK HIM SO LONG TO FINISH. HE SAID THE HE NEEDED TO DO SOME MORE PAPER WORK FOR THE WARRENTY AND THAT HE WOULD MAIL IT OUT TO ME THAT NIGHT. A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT THE INVOICE FROM HIM. My Dad's girlfriend bought a 2013 Elantra from this location and then my Dad surprised me with an Elantra for my birthday and he bought it at Thornhill Hyundai. My Dad was very impressed with the service there and that is why he decided to go back and purchase an Elantra from this same location and from the same person who sold my Dad's girlfriend her Elantra. This person was Luiza. I have met her a number of times at the dealership and she is a wonderful caring person and she is wonderful at what she does. We felt so welcomed at this dealership and she made an effort to come over and say hi to us whenever we came to the dealership. She also recommended I come to the get to know your vehicle night and I came with my Dad. It was very informative and we enjoyed ourselves. I also told Luiza that I like to draw cars and that I was drawing a Tucson for school and she asked me to send it to her. She really goes that extra mile to get to know her clients. Less than thrilled I came prepared for the usual sales pitches, fake smiles and pricing gymnastics that go hand-in-hand with car dealerships, and these guys didn't disap I came prepared for the usual sales pitches, fake smiles and pricing gymnastics that go hand-in-hand with car dealerships, and these guys didn't disappoint! It was all so hilariously predictable, from the whole "I care about you" routine to the "let me fight with my manager to get you a better deal" routine. Some things to look out for ... there's a magical "etching fee" that will most likely erase any MSRP price reduction you get. When you move on to the financing guy the gloves will come off. Don't be bullied into signing up for the many overpriced and mostly useless insurance options and other add-ons. Be strong, soldier! The managers' calculator there may be broken or he may not know how to use it so go over the numbers with a fine-tooth comb to make sure you get what you were promised. Lastly, you will probably be bombarded with request after request for favourable reviews online at web sites like this (and on the customer survey Hyundai Canada sends out). Unfortunately these guys were the only dealership with the exact make, model and colour I wanted otherwise I would have gone elsewhere. Will I go back there to service my vehicle? Nah, life is too short. More

I’ve purchased cars in the past but never received the level of attention provided at this location even after the purchase. Luiza would contact me to ensure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions on functionality. The staff at the location were helpful without being overbearing. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
