The process of buying a car could be really daunting, but Luiza did such a great job of making it a really smooth and easy process. When she found out that I would be taking public transit to the dealership, she offered to pick me up at my home, which is at least a 30 minute drive from the dealership. In the end, we agreed to meet at Finch subway station, which is really close to the dealership. She picked me up and dropped me off there. She was very friendly and genuine, and I could get the sense that she genuinely believed in the quality of the product she was selling. Some of the dealers I encountered when I was test driving cars came across as really sleazy and disingenuous, but Luiza was just enthuasiastic and really nice - it felt like I was just hanging out with a buddy. I had to pick up the car in the evening, and she stayed with me long after the dealership closed to make sure I understand all the features of the car. Since my purchase, she has followed up with me by phone and by email. I was very impressed with my experience from beginning to end, and would strongly recommend this dealership to everyone - and strongly recommend that you do business with Luiza. More
