Stress-free purchase I have switched from another brand to Hyundai because the other dealership did not make the smallest effort to keep a repeat customer. That being said, the experience of leasing a new Hyundai was literally stress-free. The questions that I had regarding my choice of vehicle were promptly and competently answered. The test drive (and the second test drive) was really intended for me to feel the vehicle and to understand its features and its capabilities, not just to take the car around the block and pretend that it is indeed what I am looking for. Stephanie was of great help in guiding me through all the options that the manufacturer offers and making me understand what I need and what I do not need on my car. She did not put on me any pressure to get the deal done. I hope the delivery of the vehicle will be at the same level of professionalism and friendliness. More

Our 2013 Santa Fe had unexpectedly required too many service calls for too many different types of issues - which is not characteristic of that particular model. It was certainly different from what I have experienced with my 2010 Sonata - which has been a dream to drive and own. The last repair for the Santa Fe was taking too long and Greg sought a way to make us happy - so we will be upgrading to a new 2016. Greg's team - no longer commissioned sales people, but salaried customer relationship managers - are truly a pleasure to deal with. No pressure and so far, the team has demonstrated a real understanding of the vehicles and an ability to listen to what we needed and what we wanted. More

Purchasing a new car can be a very troubling feeling as their are many car brands to chose from as there are dealerships. This was further exacerbated by the fact that I was not prepared to buy a new car; however, after much consternation and many dealership visits, I came into contact with Greg Carrasco and his Internet Relationships Manager: Stephanie Gomes. Walking into their dealership was a breath of fresh air as both Greg and Stephanie, specifically, made my decision to purchase a Hyundai one of the most stress and pressure free decisions. Not only was I able to step into a brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra but the pricing was incredibly affordable and I was also able to get an extended warranty. I could not be happier with my new Elantra! More over, the purchasing experience that I had with Stephanie and her Finance Manager, Carina Fullerton, was unparalleled to any other dealership that I had visited! I strongly recommend that you contact Stephanie for any of your car purchasing needs. More

I bought not only one car from here but two!!! When it was time to sell they helped out in every way possible and for what?? Because they wanted a sale?? Targets?? Commission?? I say all of the above.. This dealer doesn't care for customers service and nor do they even care for what happens after u leave that lot with your new car!!!! My girlfriend and I bought a 2014 and 2015 hyundai elantra and the days we purchased the vehicles we were offered extended warranty which we both agreed to take just to have peace of mind... Well now my 2014 hyundai has 58000 and I went to service my breaks at Hyundai Maple and thought they needed to be changed due to some noise I heard...The morning I brought my car in the hyundai maple to get the problem fixed, the staff Oscar came into the waitin room and said that my breaks were fine and all they needed was service and cleaning.. Was honest and saved me $400+... well I asked him if it was possible to check if my warranty on my vehicle and to see if it was 160000km, on their computer system... well sad news!!! It wasn't and was never put on!!!! Sooooo....... I called the dealership where I bought my vehicle the same morning and asked if they can check the paper work and I also asked why it was not on there??? Well MR.rude Greg carrasco called me back telling me that he would help me figure out was going on and that he would help me out in anyway he can becuase non of the old staff is there and that his new staff including himself toook over the dealership and that everything was different.. so I'm going to take it that he knew that it was ran by unprofessional staff in the past??? I guess he forgot to mention that even with him including his new staff are just the same.... wel Mr. Rude carrasco said that when the car was sold to me By MJ which is just another staff that's not that there and he now works at Lexus downtown ( stay away from him) .. he never put the extended warranty on the vehicle anddddddd said don't worry sir I will make sure that when this vehicle leaves this dealership the car will have it and I would be good for eight years and or 160000kms and that anything I ever needed come back.... .well I asked Mr Carrasco how much it would cost to add it now and he said don't worry sir I'll call you back and I will look after you and make sure we get that warranty on the vehicle asap... well two days later and still no call??? Hummmm?? So I called him back because I'm waiting and didn't want to pass my 60000km on the car because I wouldn't be allowed to add it after... well let's just say that's already a no no in my book and customer service is first!! After knowing what I've been there, you would think he would call me back and made sure I would be ok and that I would be a re peat customer....wel when I called back the dealer and spoke to him, he passed me to a staff member not telling this poor lady what my situation was and that I was angry due to the fact that I now have to buy extended warranty and pay in full ($1700+) for me to get it.... well first off ....knowing what I was going threw and trying to help ,wouldn't u give the customer a break on the price due to the mess that, that dealership causes and give a staff discount or help them out??? NOPE!!!!! They tried selling me the warranty at full pop and that was the bottom line!!!! Woooow!!! Really???? Sooo let me tell you how I was treated at Maple Hyundai staff!!! They knew what I was going threw and knew that I wasn't happy knowing I have a brand new car and that stuff happened and I was really close in kms not being able to get it after 60km.. Well I was taken into the office and was sat down and was told not to worry they guarantee that I'd leave with a smile!!!! Well I did!!! They sat me down and said sir we are going to get that warranty on the car asap and also for all you have been threw, we are going to give you the warranty price at our cost and that not to worry they would make sure I will always be taken care of.... that's customer service!!! Maple Hyundai just give lessons to thornhill and maybe teach them a thing or two.. it's not always about money and it's not always about numbers and targets or whatever the case is.. customer service is what it's all about... dealing with Mr rude Carrasco wasn't helpful and wasn't good customer service.. staff, dealer all zeros and never never buy from there unless u want to get lied to and calls back later ( when u need something) ...
