There was a recall on my car and when I called in, I was told they couldn't do the recall in the afternoon, but the service representative told me they could do it together with the oil change. They also washed my car after and everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time. More

They were very helpful and tried their best to provide me with what I was looking for. Faizel was very responsive, I sent him couple of emails afterward and he always got back to me ASAP. When I went back to pick up the car it was raining but Frank K described all different features of the car to me while I was sitting inside and he was standing outside of the car in the rain. It was such an amazing experience and they offered me the best possible options. I highly recommend this location. More

First time at Thornhill Hyundai I had the best experience ever at Thornhill Hyundai. They took care of two recalls and found that the real reason why I brought in my car was somethin I had the best experience ever at Thornhill Hyundai. They took care of two recalls and found that the real reason why I brought in my car was something they could fix and was COVERED under warranty. I could not believe my ears. When have you heard those words come out of your mechanic's mouth? I cannot say enough to my friends and you about the very courteous staff. They were awesome! Washed my car, and provided shuttle service. Looking forward to returning for the repair (once part comes in). Crazy as that sounds ... but like I said, it will be covered. We are considering purchasing a second Hyundai and definitely will return there for service. More

A Disney-like performance. I recemtly had to have some repairs and service done to my 2011 Santa Fe. My service representative -- Scott -- went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the work was done properly and effectively. He personally made sure that the mechanics were aware of my specific problem and had the work done expertly and on time. When Walt Disney opened Disney Land in 1955 he made sure that all of his employees went out of their way to make sure all visitors to the park felt welcome and were well cared for. In today's rush rush world it is more common to get the bare minimum in service. Scott went the extra mile to make sure I received not good but excellent service. He is to be commended for his efforts. I would rate my experience as follows: Customer Service 6*, Friendliness 6* More
