THE WORST DEALERSHIP! ! STAY AWAY!! My husband and I went in to purchase our son his first car. We were surprised to hear they had the car he wanted in stock, the 2023 E ! STAY AWAY!! My husband and I went in to purchase our son his first car. We were surprised to hear they had the car he wanted in stock, the 2023 Elantra. We built the car on Hyundai Canadawebsite, MSRP and, with deposit and taxes the website showed $249.82 a month. We were upfront, with our sales person, Irene, about what we expected to pay, based on the Hyundai Canada dealer website, and confirmed it on the actual Thornhill dealer website. She came back to us with $544.00 a month!! She would not show us the MSRP. She claimed she didn't have it, how is this possible? Her manager told her to tell us that there were $7000 in added charges already on the car, including$1,995.00 for ceramic coating and $2071.00 Cerium Windshield protection, that we would need to pay for. Oddly enough, their own website with the exact car, VIN# confirmed, doesn't show that. They are completely dishonest and scam artists. I feel bad for anyone who actually falls for these corrupt sales tactics. We drove down the street to Sisley Honda and purchased him a 2023 Honda Civic, for $100 more a month, which we will gladly pay, because they at least showed the MSRP, and we confirmed the price on the Honda Canada website. No hidden fees or Scam add on fees. Hyundai Thornhill should be ashamed of themselves. Stay away at all costs More

I specifically explained to them that I wanted a month-to-month finance payment plan, I was told after my first payment, I will be able to do so. After my first payment, I was told that it was not possible to change from biweekly to monthly. Secondly, the Hyundai Tucson 2022 that I just purchased less than six months ago, stalled with me in the middle of a busy main intersection. The vehicle they sold me is defective and had manufacturing defects. Hyundai did not provide me with a rental/ loaner for the time my vehicle was down. I reached out to my sales rep and finance contact at the dealership continuously and no one responded. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. WORST CAR COMPANY. NO CONSIDERATIONS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED. More
Brought my Santa Fe in for a recall. Dropped it off first thing in the morning. Waited for them to call me back to say it's done. Had given them my work number and cell number, and told them what time I finished work. Since there was only 3hrs to go till my work day was over I called them to find out what was going on. "Oh! We were just about to call you!" The typical xx response. Said it's ready and offered to send someone to pick me up from work. The end of the work day comes. I'm waiting outside. NO RIDE! One co-worker offers to drive me, but it's kind of out of the way so I tell him it's ok. Call the dealership again and they said someone will be right over (an UBER). Another 10 mins and nothing. Another co-worker offers to give me a ride and I accept because it's on her way home. The distance from my office to the dealership is a close drive, but long if you're taking public transit. One stop light away I get a call from them saying that they cannot find my keys. They believe the person who worked on it still has them but he's out for a test drive with another car. That call took about 3 mins. I'm at the dealership 2 mins after the call is done. Now they're telling me that someone just took the car for a complimentary wash. I tell them that's odd. They've had the call all day, supposedly finished it by the time I had called around noon, knew what time I finished work, and now they decide to wash the car. I told them that I had gotta a call from them 5 mins earlier to say they couldn't find the key and that the tech had them but was out. I could see the shock on the reps face! He was probably wondering why no one had let him in on the 'Big Lie'! Now he's got egg on his face. I told him that I want my vehicle right away...I would give them 20 mins to get it. See him and another rep doing whatever it is they were doing, all the while trying to not look my way as I stared at the 2 of them the entire time. After 20 mins of them running back and forth, pretending I'm not there, I approached them and told them either to get my car or get me a supervisor. As they were fumbling for words someone excitely came out with the keys. As I get to my truck, I noticed what appeared to be very little water on the bumper. Think they quickly splashed some on to validate their lie that it was being washed. It's silver and always looks the same wet/dry so I couldn't really tell. HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!! To tell you the truth, I don't even know if the work was done. I don't know how to check it. I'm not a mechanic. That's why I gave 3 stars for quality of work. Is there any good dealership though? I don't think there is to be honest. More
