I bought a Hyundai Elantra Hybrid from them last month. Recently, car dealers have been raising car prices with some cunning tricks. Everyone knows this by now. This dealer also raised the price of the car a lot with a lot of additions. I saw this, but I bought it anyway because I needed a car. Everything is normal so far, but they wrote 799 dollars for window films that you can have made for 150 dollars outside, so I accepted this. They told me that the car would be ready in 3 days. They said it had to be prepared. For 1,595 dollars, they wrote ceramic coating, but when I bought the vehicle, the traces of the adhesives that were glued when the vehicle was sent from the factory were still standing. So the ceramic coating was a lie. They also charged 325 TL for wheel protection and hydrogen. But 3 km after I bought the vehicle, I received a tire warning because one tire was 41, one was 36 and the other two were 28. So this was also a lie. Finally, when I bought the car, there were no interior mats. I told this to the sales representative. Yes, you are right, they are not there now, but they will come next week and I will deliver them to you immediately when they arrive. A week passed and I sent a message, but they didn't even reply. As a result, if you are going to buy a vehicle and you are going to buy it from this dealership, you may encounter these. For this reason, I recommend you to prefer other places. What this dealer does is at the level of deception. I am really surprised how you charge for the operations you have not done as if they have been done. More

THE WORST DEALERSHIP! ! STAY AWAY!! My husband and I went in to purchase our son his first car. We were surprised to hear they had the car he wanted in stock, the 2023 E ! STAY AWAY!! We built the car on Hyundai Canadawebsite, MSRP and, with deposit and taxes the website showed $249.82 a month. We were upfront, with our sales person, Irene, about what we expected to pay, based on the Hyundai Canada dealer website, and confirmed it on the actual Thornhill dealer website. She came back to us with $544.00 a month!! She would not show us the MSRP. She claimed she didn't have it, how is this possible? Her manager told her to tell us that there were $7000 in added charges already on the car, including$1,995.00 for ceramic coating and $2071.00 Cerium Windshield protection, that we would need to pay for. Oddly enough, their own website with the exact car, VIN# confirmed, doesn't show that. They are completely dishonest and scam artists. I feel bad for anyone who actually falls for these corrupt sales tactics. We drove down the street to Sisley Honda and purchased him a 2023 Honda Civic, for $100 more a month, which we will gladly pay, because they at least showed the MSRP, and we confirmed the price on the Honda Canada website. No hidden fees or Scam add on fees. Hyundai Thornhill should be ashamed of themselves. Stay away at all costs More

I specifically explained to them that I wanted a month-to-month finance payment plan, I was told after my first payment, I will be able to do so. After my first payment, I was told that it was not possible to change from biweekly to monthly. Secondly, the Hyundai Tucson 2022 that I just purchased less than six months ago, stalled with me in the middle of a busy main intersection. The vehicle they sold me is defective and had manufacturing defects. Hyundai did not provide me with a rental/ loaner for the time my vehicle was down. I reached out to my sales rep and finance contact at the dealership continuously and no one responded. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. WORST CAR COMPANY. NO CONSIDERATIONS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT HAPPENED. More
