Finally bought a jeep from lakehead motors I have been a jeep owner for many years but have never purchased from Lakehead motors due to the customer service I was getting. Went in as I found a jeep I liked at Lakehead and was very surprised with the sales person, I was dealing with Greg he was new to Lakehead and dealing with him was easy and comfortable actually fun great attitude. I ended up purchasing from them instead of Toronto. He has since made several follow up calls with me to inquire on how I am liking my Jeep, excellent customer service. Also would like to thank Cherie Papa as well she was awesome. More

Nick was an honest and sincere sales rep! Called the dealership wanting to speak to any sales person that was available. Nick took the call, I explained what I was looking for in a truck. He was very attentive, didn't try to push some other vehicle on us and came up with what we needed. After the initial phone call, all of our correspondence was by text(the first time I ever bought a vehicle by texting!) He was instrumental in having the truck ready in a relatively short time that fit our schedule. When it came to financing, Sherri was pleasant and explained options without making me feel pressured into buying something that I did not want. Even had an opportunity to meet Greg, the VP, who made me feel that my purchase was important to him, and he extended himself to answer any concerns I may have had, or may have in the future. More
