As one would hope. Product sold itself, 2016 Jeep Cherokee North. Brendan was there to answer all questions and research what he wasn't 100% sure of. A follow up call the following day after the purchase was a nice touch. Upon request Brendan was able to obtain info and pricing on winter wheels and emailed me before I returned home for me to view. There was nothing "pushy" or "impatient" about Brendan's approach. Just the facts nicely presented. Cherie was efficient, quick and informative when it came time for the paperwork.....and she has a great attitude. She took time to share her own new car experience and helped reduce some "new vehicle purchase" apprehension. All in all, a wonderful experience start to finish. Kudos Lakehead Motors....improvements noted!! More
