Bad Customer Experience My daughter's 3 month old Chrysler failed on a Saturday morning. By chance she was very near the dealership and took the car straight there. 3 month old car, less than 3,000 kilometers and what do they tell her? ."Park it over there and we'll get to it Monday." 3 month old car, less than 3,000 kilometers, 2 kids headed to a birthday party and all you can say is come back Monday. Finally, after reducing my daughter to tears and forcing me to go into the service area to see if I could help her out, a manager who overheard the conversation took over and provided the service she should have received in the first place. All this while the salesman tried to stare me down. Wow. Never buy from this clown show. More
Every visit is a headache I have been many times, for service and warranty for my fiat. From unnounnotified cancelled appointments, issues not being fixed the first time, tools I have been many times, for service and warranty for my fiat. I now have to drive 8 hours to Winnipeg to avoid this mess. More

The amount of disrespect that we received here was crazy the sales rep was wonderful. My problem became clear when I was handed of to the finance office. The woman that tried to sell me the extended warranty explained it to us we said no thank you multiple times but she continued to push and push till the point where we both very uncomfortable. Finally let it go and made it very clear that she was going to speak with the co signer my girlfriends father and undermining the wishes of the buyer. I called the next day to set up the time to finish the paperwork she refused to speak with me and would not return my calls. I will be the one making all the payment on the vehicle and expect to be respected. I will never deal with this dealership again nor would I ever send anyone there. Extremely disappointed in the service!!!!! More
I purchased a brand new dodge caravan. The sales person was terrific, unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore. I've had my vehicle service many times. The employees in the service department seem to be was terrific, unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore. I've had my vehicle service many times. The employees in the service department seem to be very busy, often overwhelmed, so friendly isn't the correct word to use when approaching customers. A ton of miscommunication. They ask that you bring your vehicle in by 8 am but by late afternoon, vehicle is still not serviced or are current "being worked on". Shuttle service when needed takes way too long and the drivers make you feel like you are taking them away from "important" duties. Overall, a very bad experience always. I would never buy a vehicle from there in the future. Would rather travel to a smaller town to purchase and service any future vehicle. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Quite embarrassing! More
