Was able to take a few vehicles for a test drive which was awesome. Appraisal went fast and I was able to find out all the information I needed to be able to make a possible trade. Poorly safetied cars Less than 3 months after purchasing a used vehicle the car completely ceased in middle of driving downhill. They do what they can My truck went in for warranty work and they were able to get it in the next day even when they were busy. once the required parts were acquired they w My truck went in for warranty work and they were able to get it in the next day even when they were busy. once the required parts were acquired they were able to fix the problem quickly. they went out of there way to make sure I left happy. The only complaint i have is they don't always remember to call you back but that comes with being as busy as they are. overall my experience was great. More

TERRIBLE SERVICE I had the WORST experience last week, at Lakehead motors, in the service department I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I brought my van in for service and a I had the WORST experience last week, at Lakehead motors, in the service department I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I brought my van in for service and a few other things. When my van was returned to me it was dirty, they left all the items in my glove box all over the floor, they ruined a few of my personal belongings, when they returned my vehicle after having it all day , the problem was still there. They over charged me, there were issues that should have been covered through the warranty and they just would not budge on the issue and charged me anyway. They added things on to my bill without asking my permission. When I called and spoke to the manager, I told him all of the above and he did NOTHING about. In fact I had to bring my van back in for another two days and had to pay another $130( for something that should have been covered by warranty) DO NOT GO TO LAKEHEAD MOTORS, THEY ARE DISRESPECTFULL CROOKS.
