It was time to get more bells and whistles on a new car. I have dealt with Lakehead Motors since 1997 when I bought my first Dodge Ram, and I have always loved Chryslers products. My last car was a 300 Touri I have dealt with Lakehead Motors since 1997 when I bought my first Dodge Ram, and I have always loved Chryslers products. My last car was a 300 Touring, and, although I really enjoyed driving it, I decided it was time to upgrade to a 300C with some more options. Nick was very helpful in getting what I wanted at the price I could afford. When the new car arrived at the dealership the service was terrific! We were looking at all of the dealers, and on the day when we were strictly looking, only once did someone come out and ask if we needed help and that was at Lakehead Motors. We told Greg right off the bat that we were only looking that day and that we'd be going home to do research and decide which vehicles we wanted to test drive. He answered all of our questions that day and we left with a good impression. Two weeks later, we headed out to test drive vehicles and went back to test a Jeep. Again, Greg answered any questions we had and we headed out on our test drive. After leaving the dealership, we decided we wanted more information which I requested via a text message and it was emailed to me. This helped us in making our decision to purchase the Jeep. The only downside to our purchase was with Bryan, who when showing us warranty and protection options neglected to tell us that we could get undercoating and rust inhibitor. We were going to take the Jeep elsewhere when we found out that it could be done through the dealer. It left us with the feeling that he only showed us the more expensive options, which of course would make more money for him. Other than that, everyone else we dealt with at the dealership was great.
