A little hiccup with a feature that was added on, but Nick got it taken care of ASAP without making me feel bad - even lent me his personal vehicle to use while they took care of the concern and traded vehicles with me at my place of work. I felt like he really cared about the way I felt and not just concerned with making the sale. My husband also purchased a new Dodge truck and was very pleased with his purchase price. New 2017 Dodge Ram Laramie Longhorn Limited I had made an appointment and was greeted on time, was very friendly. I let her know the kind of vehicle I was interested in purchasing and was happy I had made an appointment and was greeted on time, was very friendly. I let her know the kind of vehicle I was interested in purchasing and was happy with the vehicle that I selected. I did have one concern I asked to go to the back lot to look around and was told no that she would bring the vehicle out to the front for me, was told the lot was muddy. Not sure if this would of affected the vehicle that I chose but it would of been nice to go look around, we ended up driving out back for a quick look. A few days after picking up the vehicle I did notice that the Air Conditioning was not working and had to make an appointment to correct this. You would think they would of given the vehicle a once over before turning it over to me especially a vehicle in this price range. More
