Worst experience ever So about a year ago my girlfriend and I were shopping for a new car. We were looking at a rav 4. The car club had the windows tinted without our conse So about a year ago my girlfriend and I were shopping for a new car. We were looking at a rav 4. The car club had the windows tinted without our consent because we hadn’t never signed anything yet or confirmed we wanted the vehicle. So they then kept my 100$ deposit which they for some reason absolutely required. They also hit my credit 4 times !!!!! Anyways over all terrible experience and I would never recommend this place to anyone. More

IT was all good till I didn’t get financing I bought my first car at the location in the East end so I thought I’d give my business to the one in the West. Big mistake ! The finance manager was I bought my first car at the location in the East end so I thought I’d give my business to the one in the West. Big mistake ! The finance manager was very rude when I wasn’t able to get financing. Pretty much hung up the phone on me . When I went in to get my deposit back, he wouldn’t even look up from his desk . Very unprofessional because one day I will be able to get the financing and definitely won’t be going there !! I’ll give my business to another used car dealership . More
