Quick but they know their stuff I was very quickly taken in charge of and offered a deal. the salespeople were ok to stay later until we concluded a purchase. My 3 star rating is because of the way I’ve been going back and forth to the dealership for various forgotten things by the salesmen. I felt a bit rushed and at times not taken seriously. Manipulated and over sold So, I went in trying to get a car loan because I really need a car (this was my first car mind you) the car I had purchased was a 2014 Ford fiesta wit So, I went in trying to get a car loan because I really need a car (this was my first car mind you) the car I had purchased was a 2014 Ford fiesta with 125000km on it, the sold the car to me for just over 10,000$.. after looking at what the car was worth months later after the purchase, I realised the average market value for the car was between 4000$-7000$, (I did this because I was too eager to get a car and didnt think before hand), a year has passed with this car and I had special order a vehicle from them to replace my Ford, I was hesitant at first about the new car so I said I wasnt sure if I was gonna buy it when it arrived but I might change my mind later so I kept my deposit there with them, a month has passed and I've asked them countless times when the car was gonna arrive and they'd always say that it will be arriving soon the problem is that they had actually sold said new vehicle under my nose without me knowing a month prior after I said I wasnt sure if I was gonna purchase it (Mind you I left my deposit with them and they never called me back about the status of the new car) so I was completely unaware for around a month that they had sold the said car that I had special ordered around a month ago. Fast forward to today, they have me approved on a new car but it's not nearly what I want or what I ever said I wanted. A complete and utter waste of my time and money, gonna be honest, even though I cant get financed anywhere else but here, I rather stick with my Ford for a little longer and then shop somewhere else then deal with these morons. If you're not aware of market values of cars or how interests rates and how loan terms work and you have bad credit PLEASE for the love of God dont mess up like I did and do you're research before buying at any car dealership for that matter. They're all crooks and if they see they can get alot of money out of you with 0 consequences they will 100% do so. Also, if you're gonna buy, dont do it here. They're customer service is awful and they only care about making even the slightest amount of profit. More

Good Experience Overall a very good experience purchasing a vehicle from car club. I am extremely happy with my new vehicle.
