terrible business. . Went in to get a vehicle and all was good up untill they scribbled some number on paper and wanted us to sign off on that deal . The numbers on paper did not match with what we had calculated while we were waiting.. we called then back and I explained our math and everything and they were like we'll let me get all of the numbers on paper and call u back.. we waited and waited for 2 days and no call.. so we called back and we're informed we now need a strong go signer.. when they had already had on file we were unable to get if they needed one.. the thing is I called them out on the price. A vehicle they said would be less then $25,000 with tax and intrest would be no more then $31,500.. they wanted us to sign for what added up to be $42,000.. i would not recommend this place to anyone.. they r just down right evil place More

lots of lies at Car Club I believe there is something very sinister with this company.. not only did they want SIN numbers and inappropriate info.. they continually told me th I believe there is something very sinister with this company.. not only did they want SIN numbers and inappropriate info.. they continually told me they were going through my bank to fund my purchase... turns out, it's some low life credit company called Rifco out of Alberta, and they did not even try at my bank.. I called to inquire. While thinking that my bank turned me down (a lie) they also told me I needed my father to co-sign, which he did gladly.. then they wanted all his finances. and his SIN also.. I was approved.. walking away wanting to die thinking of how bad my credit must be... after getting the car home and driving it for a week.. I get a call from Carrie... the girl in the parts department telling me that she needs me to come in so she can put a part on my car. I thought this odd and asked her "didn't it just pass a safety test"?.. oh yes she said.. just come in.. but couldn't tell me the part it needed or anything.. so I just ignored her, I was busy... two days later, the Manager Murray calls me and tells me that my loan was no longer approved based on a technicality that I don't live with my father... so wanted my mothers info.. or for me to change my address (which would be fraud, mind you) so that I could be approved for my loan... I realized then that Carrie had lied to me.. .this on top of the lie about 'the bank'.. .and this fly by night credit company.. and needing sin numbers and applications that are processed by fraudulent means and I had enough.. even though the vehicle was in my name legally and I could have been approved from a reputable bank to purchase it.. I returned it and will be buying elsewhere. I have never met such a den of crooks in all my life and have never had a worse experience than this purchasing anything. More

This is probably the best idea for a dealership in Ottawa, they have a no pressure approach that makes me feel like I can take my time to pick out my next vehicle. It was an exausting process going from dealership to dealership and having high pressure yahoos try to sell me whatever car made them the most money and no what I needed or wanted. Murray was kind enough to walk me around the lot and when I finally decided to move ahead he stayed late to make sure I was completely happy. Thank you again Car Club I will be back soon!!!
