IT was all good till I didn’t get financing I bought my first car at the location in the East end so I thought I’d give my business to the one in the West. Big mistake ! The finance manager was I bought my first car at the location in the East end so I thought I’d give my business to the one in the West. Big mistake ! The finance manager was very rude when I wasn’t able to get financing. Pretty much hung up the phone on me . When I went in to get my deposit back, he wouldn’t even look up from his desk . Very unprofessional because one day I will be able to get the financing and definitely won’t be going there !! I’ll give my business to another used car dealership . More

They shop around for you so you don’t have to bounce around from dealership to dealership. They had a great selection of vehicles and I ended up leaving with my dream SUV. The process was quick. I didn’t feel pressured and the service was refreshingly pleasant and professional. Matt, Dylon, Nathalie and his team went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered and overall made what’s usually a very overwhelming experience quite enjoyable 😁 5 stars?????????? More

Not impressed Going out to buy my first car, my fiance and I chose this place because it was recommended by a friend. We had friendly service at first, very helpful Going out to buy my first car, my fiance and I chose this place because it was recommended by a friend. We had friendly service at first, very helpful but there were multiple mistakes made in the system with which cars were sold and which ones were available. We wasted time looking at a car that was already sold... having our 20 month old with us, this is a big deal. Also going to add there is no kids station at this location so it was very hard for all of us to sit down and talk about our wants and needs. Finally looked at one we both enjoyed, asked alot of questions but there were a few that couldn't be answered. We liked it and decided to pay to put a hold on it. We continued shopping and I fell in love with a car somewhere else. Lower kms, fully loaded, same price. My mind was set. So I came back to get my deposit a couple days later. I was greeted very nicely at my car, the sales person remembered me, but as soon as I told him the news... everything changed... he presented himself as sad and wanted to know what changed my mind. Being happy about my decision I told him and he ran to the manager to help change my mind. They tried everything... extra warranted, 0% intrest, added DVD player.. at this point it's like why are you doing this? You would be losing money getting me all this. Or this was all broken promises and more time wasted. Yes, I understand this is what sales is but I was alone with my little one this time and I felt cornered and being attacked. The salesman even had the nerve to try and guilt trip me "you know we put alot of work and time into this application..." All I wanted was my deposit. I literally almost cried. I finally got my deposit back and all customer service went out the window... I was refunded "here you go" and she walked away, taking the quote papers I came with. Um aren't those mine?? Went to ask about it and the manager comes out and just says "everything is done, you're good to go"... Talk about rude. All these people want is your business. Nothing more. In a good business, they would at least be happy for you in the end, and wish you a good day. More

Don't Bother One big scam (especially their "warranty"), overpriced, shady. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. terrific buying experience I visited the Car Club about a month ago to purchase a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata and, quite frankly, I could not have been more impressed with the leve I visited the Car Club about a month ago to purchase a used 2017 Hyundai Sonata and, quite frankly, I could not have been more impressed with the levels of service and attention that I received. As this was my first car purchase (from someone who wasn't family), I was a bit nervous and apprehensive. However, I was fortunate in that I knew what I wanted (saw/purchased during the same visit) and, as such, the entire staff there (from sales to financing and everything in-between) responded in kind, making the whole experience very quick and that much more bearable (between purchase and ownership, I think I counted a lapse of three or four days).
