What a genuine and fantastic experience at the dealership. Victor is top notch! I bought a 2013 Ford Edge in July and had the absolute worst me experience of my life! I was pressured into the sale by the salesman telling me someone else was potentially going to buy it, I wasn’t allow worst me experience of my life! The rear campera was flipped upside down and I was told this would be repaired before I picked it up and it wasn’t. The dealer stopped responding to my text messages. The day I drove it away, I found that the windshield washer sprayer did not work, Ford refused to replace it and refused to even pay for the part even though this is a safety hazard. I was never given a copy of the updated safety inspection that I was promised and that legally has to come with the vehicle. I have nothing but issues with the vehicle since the day I bought it, fervently discovered the vehicle was sold to me with completely worn out back tires that would never have passed a safety inspection. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They were rude and took total advantage of me being a women and buying a vehicle alone. More
3 times my wife and I have gone to Team Ford. Twice to see about buying a used vehicle and once to have my Ford Escape brought in for service. The two times we went in to see about a used vehicle, we were summarily dismissed and ignored by the sales staff. The third time, I had called about an issue I was having with my 2018 Ford Escape. The Service Receptionist took my name and phone number to have the Shop Foreman call me back. I never received that call. The Customer Service at Team Ford is absolutely abysmal at best. To go to a dealership and be dismissed/ignored because we are looking at Used as opposed to New is disgusting. I will never set foot in your dealership again and will spread the word about the terrible customer service experience we had. More

Approached by a salesman I said no a few times he kept talking I said I’d rather wait, in all he convinced me to come in (my fault should have went with my gut fooled again). Sent me to finance oh our finance team easy to work with…blah blah well…had one guy call said I was approved but had to figure out the situation I already told them about. Anyway told the salesman not dealing with them…then had another finance guy call back the next day told him what happened he said I’ll call you back but end of day or early next day. Stupid me said take your time….lol haven’t heard from them since left two messages no call back so if they can’t help you, just know that they will not call u to update or notify you..that they actually can’t help!m…they will just ghost! not to mention I told the salesman I don’t want to go though a credit check and they did and was approved but not approved,,.then said well if you got a different car we could do something but then the ghosting thing happened! When I am ready to go through this again it definitely won’t be TEAM FORD…they have lost my trust and I won’t & wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. More
This was the worst car purchase experience in our lives and we are seniors. We purchased a 6 year old top shelf truck from them and paid for the extended warranty, which we later learned doesn't take ef and we are seniors. We purchased a 6 year old top shelf truck from them and paid for the extended warranty, which we later learned doesn't take effect for 30 days after purchase. The warranty is the dealers responsibility for the first 30 days after purchase. 2 days after delivery, June 4th, we hit the road from Edmonton for our 7 week trip to BC. We literally limped into a Ford dealership in Kamloops where we informed that the truck required new brakes, a new transmission, new battery and new windshield wiper components. After several assurances that the truck would be brought back to Team Ford in a day or two, it did not happen. Out of sheer frustration and tired of the runaround from Team Ford we hired a lawyer to make things right. 6 weeks after breakdown the truck was finally picked up from Kamloops and brought back to Edmonton. We picked up the repaired truck and a cheque for our out of pocket expenses on August 2nd. 8 weeks after breakdown! Several thousand dollars in legal fees and the sheer lack of empathy or hint of an apology from Team Ford, has left a very sour taste in our mouths. From our hearts we cannot recommend Go Team Ford to anyone. More
This was by far one of the worst sales experiences i have ever had. I was very clear at every step of the process of what i wanted, and the situation I was in. Unfortunately I was left in a bind and needed t ever had. I was very clear at every step of the process of what i wanted, and the situation I was in. Unfortunately I was left in a bind and needed to get a vehicle. I was looking at a vehicle that I was assured had not been smoked in. I travelled 5 hrs to come finalize everything and guess what? Smoked in. So this left me in a bad spot. I then checked out a bunch of other vehicles. Found one that looked like it would fit the bill. Asked direct questions about the mechanical issue if any. I was told that it had a slight leak that would need to be addressed at some point but it was not a big deal and safe. The sales guy said he spoke to the service team about it. I even got the warranty to address any issues. Well I got the vehicle home and noticed some noise while turning and a rubbing sound that was getting worse as I drove home. I did do a test drive but did not hear anything at the time, but traffic was busy and my attention was on traffic. I brought the truck back and had to really push to get a loaner while the truck was assessed. I brought the vehicle back less than 12 hrs later and they would not take the truck back. On the 23rd of August the truck was booked on the shop. Nothing was done till the 28th and they wanted the loaner back. Turns out the the front bears were shot and all the pinion seals needed to be replaced. So the truck I was sold and told was safe should not have been driven or on the road. The bearings can fail and seize at high speed and the wheel usually falls off leading to catastrophic events. I was also told that warranty would not work as this was disclosed and the warranty doesn't take effect that quick. I was then told it would cost between 3000-4000$ to fix. what a sweet deal. I get mislead and tricked into spending more money. I was now left without a vehicle and no way to get to work. I think they knew they had me and knew i had no options. So awesome. I tried and got the price down a bit but this all should have been fixed. They let me take a vehicle with my son that was clearly unsafe and potentially let me leave on a a long trip which the sales guy was fully aware of in a vehicle that could have lead to a major accident to the front bearings needing replacement. Then when I was told the vehicle would be completed on September 2nd. I also let them know I needed it this day as I needed to work and I had to take a day off to get the truck now also. Well guess what the vehicle wasn't ready. In fact i hadn't even been done. Now my wife had to come back from her lake vacation to get me her vehicle and she was left without a vehicle. No Loaner offered. Just keeping up with the impeccable service. Then the truck was not completed until September 4. I guess they gave my wife a cab ride to get the truck. If you are looking to get taken to the cleaners, given an unsafe vehicle, pretty much shaken down for money, continually given inaccurate information, and mislead into spending your hard earned money on something that it isn't THEN TEAM FORD IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!!! I went to a large dealership to avoid this type of scenario and boy was I wrong. You got my money I guess but you will never get it again. I will do everything i can to make sure no one else ever has this happen. I will share my story with everyone I know and i may even make some trips to set up a table by your dealership to share my experience. Absolutely the worst experience ever. More
I bought my f150 2023 tremor from team ford and recommend my two friends and we bought two more one was f150 2023 lariat power boost and one f150 2023 platinum on platinum we had rare noise from engine first my two friends and we bought two more one was f150 2023 lariat power boost and one f150 2023 platinum on platinum we had rare noise from engine first of all till two weeks we didn't got any response from service after two weeks they said they found problem noise was from ac compressor almost after three weeks we got our pickup back and noticed passenger side rear door bolts were loose and can't close door was scratching paint very disappointed with their customers service if there is any option I would like to post video as well I will try in Google to post that video I don't recommend this dealership to anyone else in future very disappointed More
