have been dealing with an issue with team ford for a few months now and don't know what else to do to get some service and some answers. I had my truck originally in to waterloo ford through my body shop fo months now and don't know what else to do to get some service and some answers. I had my truck originally in to waterloo ford through my body shop for an accident to the driver's side front wheel area and components over a year ago. I got the truck back but the work was done wrong and there was a problem and I had to take it back to be fixed 6 months after the work was completed. I didn't know at the time the problem was the area that was done earlier so I took it to my closest ford dealership at TEAM ford who i have had do other work for me on my f150 inthe past. The work was completed but not done correctly when I picked it up and had to drive back immediately to find out the tech didn't tighted the brake caliper and it was falling off as I drove home. This was corrected and I paid the amount for the work. Once home I realized this was the same work that was done by waterloo 6 months earlier. I contacted Leonard at TEAM ford about this and asked that they warranty the work so I am repaid for work that was not my responsibility. This was two months ago. I am getting the run around. I contacted Leonard again recently and he was happy to tell me I am getting a cheque soon for half of what I paid to have the work fixed. This is totally unacceptable as none of this is my responsibility. I have been in contact with the body shop and waterloo ford service manager who say that this should be covered by warranty and I should not be responsible for any of the payment as this is work that should have a 2 year warranty. Leonard even told me that when I went to pick up the truck the first time. I asked Leonard why I should be responsible to pay any of this and all I got was crickets. He told me to contact Waterloo and they should be warrantying it. Unfortunately for TEAM ford the tech who did the repairs put down the work on the invoice for the wrong side of the truck and this may be an issue for TEAM ford to put the warranty in. I spoke with the service manager there at Waterloo - Grant who let me know that if it was their work they would warranty it and i would get all my money back. I never got any calls back from TEAM ford until i had to contact them firsts. Even after I have left messages over the past two days I have heard nothing. Now I have to resort to this to try to get a fair treatment and get my money back for something I have no control over. I would not recommend their service department to anyone. They do not provide customer care as they state in their website. More

I highly recommend Team Ford, Zaher Chebli was fantastic; once in contact with him he did his best to find the truck that I wanted and after not having much luck, he called me a couple of weeks later and con once in contact with him he did his best to find the truck that I wanted and after not having much luck, he called me a couple of weeks later and continued his search resulting us finding the right truck for us. Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if buying a used vehicle. The salesperson I worked with (Humraj) was dishonest on multiple occasions, and the overall buying process was terrible. Nearly 4 hours of sitting at the sales desk while every single question, negotiation, etc. took ~15-20 minutes for the sales manager at the back to answer. Despite being promised a certain discount by the salesperson after originally viewing the vehicle, he ultimately did not honor it and blamed his manager for turning it down. Regardless, I was at the point where I was ready to just agree to the price they had settled on (which was basically just half the discount that was originally promised). At this point I am thinking the rest will be smooth sailing, but the salesperson comes back with a purchase agreement and asks me to sign so he can collect a deposit and we can begin finalizing the deal. The price we agreed upon is listed, however, he slipped in a $500 “anti-theft” fee that I noticed when I read through the document. I asked what it was about, and he said that it was a charge that must be included because “unlike other dealerships, they do not charge any documentation fees”. I was immediately skeptical and spent nearly 10 minutes arguing with him about this fee that was NEVER disclosed, not posted on their website, and was absolutely slipped in at the last minute after a painful 3-4 hours of coming to agreement on a price. It wasn’t until I told him I was ready to walk away when he checked with his manager (and this time – funny enough – came back with a response 60 seconds later) that he was willing to “waive” the fee. After looking into this a bit, it is clear that this practice was not only in direct violation of AMVIC rules of all-in advertised pricing (which I will be filing a formal complaint with them about), but is also in direct conflict with their “Go Auto Advantage” listed on their website regarding “No extra fees”. While I was able to call them out on this garbage and have them remove it, there is no doubt in my mind that others have fallen victim to this at this place. While there were numerous instances where I caught the salesperson in an outright lie, there was one in particular that I wanted to note here. The Carfax report for the vehicle they provided indicated there was an “open recall”. When reviewing the report, he said that they had confirmation that the recall had been since addressed and that it was no longer open despite what the report stated. I ended up pulling my own report as I had noticed the report they provided was considerably out of date; This new report showed that the recall was in fact still open. When questioned about outright lying to me about this, he could not come up with an excuse as to where he in fact received “confirmation” that the recall was previously addressed. When the time came to finally pick up the vehicle, despite being told it would be cleaned prior to handing it over, the car was clearly still dirty in both the interior and exterior (dirt on the body, coffee spills in the cup holders, etc.). Had to fight tooth and nail for them to finally agree to rinse it off and run a cloth over the spills. The fact it wasn’t detailed, even lightly, is absurd, and the level of standard they have at this dealership is not at all in line with anything I have ever seen. All in all, I would not step foot in this place again and strongly warn anyone considering to do so that there is a good chance you will have a similar negative experience that I did. More
This is by far the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Never followed through with anything the said and left me with a crap vehicle with over 2000$ in repairs that need to be fixed.
