Some of the staff need to work on being honest with their customers, and not trying to trick their customers into paying more money. The New Vehicle Sales Manager tried to get another $23,000 +/- out of me, customers, and not trying to trick their customers into paying more money. The New Vehicle Sales Manager tried to get another $23,000 +/- out of me, saying it was because that’s what my vehicle was selling for. He also said that’s what most dealers are doing. One more reason was, that I might sell in the USA for more money, so they wanted to protect them selves by charging me more money. Overall this was the worst experience I've had at a Ford dealership, and I buy a lot of Ford vehicles. Right now, I have 5 new trucks on order at another dealership. More
Worst experience we have ever had with any dealership. They are dishonest, sometimes even lying about the possibilities for financing and what is mandatory to sign for the purchase etc. They tried to chan They are dishonest, sometimes even lying about the possibilities for financing and what is mandatory to sign for the purchase etc. They tried to change the previous agreed upon price, tried to add on outrages 'paperwork' fees which we agreed would not be added on but we had an agreed upon 'all-in price (is even against AMVIC regulations to add on extra fees over a agreed or advertised price) Just a nightmare to deal with them. I had the option of doing things their way, and financing through the bank of their choosing (guessing they needed their commission somehow) or simply not getting the vehicle I had special ordered and waited for and NEEDED for my business. They would just sell it to someone else if I wouldn't do it their way. On top of all that, I almost didn't get the hitch with the truck because they said it wasn't supposed to be included or it somehow magically wasn't in there (who knows their stories change all the time) and I had to show them that it was actually on the order sheet and then when the vehicle was finally delivered to us with a chip in the windshield they refused to take responsibly for that 'because that is the risk of having your vehicle delivered'. When we talked to Ford Credit and Ford Customer Relations they mentioned that knew about them, and that they had already had multiple complaints about them and are already looking into them. More
Terrible shady dealer. .. RUN!!! They did a credit check without my consent (via driver's license) the one time I went there to inquire about a Mustang a few years back... .. RUN!!! Big and open inside. Lots of folks working and lots of capacity to handle clients. Unfortunately it is more like an assembly line than a dealership. Our sales person didn’t show up when we said we would be there. We saw the sales manager for 1 minute who couldn’t help us cause he had a meeting. We didn’t get any history on the vehicle we were buying. Even with the lack of human interaction, and interest in making us happy it still took us from 9am to 2:30pm to get out of there. That was with no conversations on price or trade in or anything. Just paperwork. We we were also told a very different number on financing. We were told 5.5% would be the highest and likely lower closer to 3.99 with approved credit score which is fantastic we got a loan with 6.8%. Which is nuts. We were also told we couldn’t pay it off for 7 months by our finance guy yet we don’t see that clause anywhere in our paperwork. They knew we were coming all the way from Merritt 4 days in advance and had a large deposit on the vehicle. Yet had nothing done up front. More

The condescending and better then you attitude makes it hard to ever return. I just purchased a truck at over $113,000.00 and it needed to be serviced as the check engine light was on after 60 km. That was not the problem, these things happen. Jeff is the problem. On your Go Auto website it states FREE SERVICE LOANERS. Jeff was going to charge me for a loaner??? After all the $$$ I just spent. It was not about the $ it was about he could care less if I or my truck was there. It was a simple fix but took 3 days to complete. I asked he again for a loaner on the second day and he informed me that there is a charge I tolk him that this was unacceptable and then he did provide one. I asked about the free loaners and the website and he said since I was new and didn't know how things work that team ford doesn’t do free loaners and that are very small signs saying that the practice has changed. Now you pay. I have been to other Ford dealerships and received free loaners and will go back to them for my service as my business seems to matter to them. More
