Service is a night mare I had to take my brand new 2017 Mustang for rotor 3 times at only 12000 km. Do not respect timing and do not listen to customer. I told them to check I had to take my brand new 2017 Mustang for rotor 3 times at only 12000 km. Do not respect timing and do not listen to customer. I told them to check front and back brake the first time i went in. But they only check the front and machine the front rotor. I call back asking about the rear rotor and they told me that the technician only check the front. Never check the back. So, i went back for the rear and of course one need some work and the other need to be change. Had an appointment for 13:15 and they only started to work on it at 14:00. So , i got out of there at 14:35 for only one brake rotor change. More
