Expensive Oil Change Traveling across Canada and the motorhome needed an oil change. Three years ago had an excellent experience with Taylor Ford. Labour charges over $109.00. Very expensive for a 20 minute oil change. Will not be gracing their service department again and would definitely not recommend them. More

Awful service Waited an entire month for a service appointment just for them to tell me the same thing I told them. I need a new screen for my f150 which I told the Waited an entire month for a service appointment just for them to tell me the same thing I told them. I need a new screen for my f150 which I told them, they ordered the new part and it came in a week, but they told me they couldn't get me in for another month, which is reasonable if they were busy but they weren't at all. Today I was fed up waiting for their incompetence and went to get my part. I spent 30 minutes at their parts desk waiting for the guy to find the part, he finally takes me down to service after I've told him 5 times it's probably at service. He tells the service guy, "man I've got a story for you", he goes onto call me a liar and treats me like a pile of xxxx in front of all of the service people. I finally get my part after another service lady recognizes me and I dont get one apology just more glares from the employees. It's worth the trip just to go to Amherst or fredericton, if you want half decent service. More
