2015 F150 is becoming a real hassel 2015 Ford F150 - have had it serviced at this dealership since new. Have told them about the problem four times and the truck is not drive able below freezing temps. They had the car for several days for this issue and for another recall on the drivers door that would not shut. 2. Air conditioning has been at this dealership three times - compressor $1000.00 - recharge - last visit they said the module had to be re-set. May 25/2018 no air conditioning. More

Buyer beware ! By far the worse customer service I have ever come across. Unfortunately, my truck broke down in Moncton and I was towed to the nearest Ford deale By far the worse customer service I have ever come across. Unfortunately, my truck broke down in Moncton and I was towed to the nearest Ford dealer. After being called a liar, charged for services I didn't need and not completing services I did ask for, being told the issue , which they had not yet determined would more than likely not be covered under warranty due to negligence on my behalf, even after being told I had receipts to prove otherwise, it was obvious the mechanics were either incompetent fools or trying to suck me for every penny they could. I paid an additional 500$ towing fee to get my truck towed to a local Ford dealer who within hours had not only determined the issue but assured me it was covered under warranty. Never again will I deal with Taylor Ford More

Very poor service even if warranty Had service work done and delayed 3 days wouldn't get me a loaner car as well as fix all the issues that were there under warranty. So I guess any car on the lot that leaves would have some form of wear to they replace all those parts under warranty. I think not. More

Well they called the day before to confirm appointment. Wanted to rebook for following week. Got appointment with another dealer the day before Taylor Ford could look at it. Car all done only needed refrigerant. I was told my appointment was only to see the service advisor. Get real people! Go to a real dealer and avoid this one. More
