Bought 3 cars here When I purchased my first car here in 2009 I was very pleased with everything about this dealership. Kelvin Hur sold me my first CRV and he had to be the best salesman I had ever dealt with - anywhere. By the time I bought my second car in 2012, things were a bit different. I had a few issues getting the car because of a lot of red tape in their finance dept, but it all came together in the end. By car three in 2016 there were many changes at the dealership. Kelvin no longer sold cars but was in the finance dept. Too bad about that. When I needed service I learned there was no longer a shuttle other than the early AM service among other issues making it hard for me to stay with this dealer. I requested a manger call me and nobody called me back. They were getting a little too busy to remember customer service I think so I have since moved to another dealership for my service and will buy my next car at the new dealer in 2018. More

New CRV-EX - I had a great experience at TNT Honda. We were referred there by a worker at my husbands Work. From beginning with Darren through to Kalvin and endi I had a great experience at TNT Honda. We were referred there by a worker at my husbands Work. From beginning with Darren through to Kalvin and ending off with Ramy. Darren was great at making the purchase work for us and competitive along with thank you for taking our re build trade in. Kalvin made it very easy and no stress to get the financing together. Remy was wonderful with pick up, even though it was obviously a busy day, he did not rush me through and really showed me all the features in my car. Over all a great experience! More

Go to a different dealer. Service here is abysmal. If I could give zero stars I would. First trouble happened when the wheel bearing on my 2013 CRV broke down. I started hearing a humming noise on the back portion of the vehicle. I brought it in, and they did a test drive and the tech heard the noise. Their diagnosis: wheel alignment. So I did my wheel alignment (btw, the wheels were not aligned when I initially got the "brand new" vehicle.), but the noise is still there. Then they started to blame the uneven thread on the wheels. I can sense their incompetence showing up, so I went to Village Honda, and right off the bat, their diagnosis was spot on. They did the repairs under warranty, problem solved. I had dealt with Village Honda ever since, and had no issues with them. Second thing about T&T, the sales people haven't explained what a platinum paint protection covers. I am doing my inspections regularly, but when I asked what the inspections are for, no clear answer was given. I was directed to FInance department, and even them could not give me a concrete answer, and I overheard the woman who I spoke with made a comment that she could not understand me. Very unprofessional. One thing that they are good at is Sales. They are good at drawing you into their trap and then leaving you out to dry. Again, if you could avoid this dealer, avoid it. I wouldn't mind paying a little bit extra (if needed) and/or travelling a little further as long as I could have a decent customer service. More

This is my 4th vehicle from T & T. this started back in 1983 when they were located on 32 Ave N.E. in all I have dealt with all the local Honda dealer This is my 4th vehicle from T & T. this started back in 1983 when they were located on 32 Ave N.E. in all I have dealt with all the local Honda dealers and by far have had my best experience in the past with T & T (this is my 9th Honda). This time was no different from the other times dealing with T&T. Excellent service, excellent facility and most of all the people. I would highly recommend this to people who are in the market for a new Honda or any used vehicle. I have bought used vehicles from this dealer also. More

Darren (Bayrack) was our sales advisor, and he had the patience of a saint, his service was beyond excellent, he listened, understood our needs, and gave honest advice. Always friendly, always smiling, we will always recommend and use Darren for any future vehicle needs. The other employees, such as Eve, Alan, Kelvin and Ramy were also excellent and very patient. We appreciated Ramy spending unlimited time explaining the vehicles to us, and helping us, when we went back, to show us how to move the steering wheel. We remember bad service, and would not use that provider again. But service like this from everyone we came into contact with at T&T Honda is a really pleasant surprise. T&T are not close to where we live, but we went there based on other reviews, and wow, we really made the right choice. More
