Worst experience dealing withFinancial Service Manager in 50 plus years of driving. Twenty two plus vehicles having been purchased, from local Calgary area dealers ; for buisness and personal use. Having failed to include the name of the Finance Company , we were unable to get a pink card from our insurance company in a timely manner. In tha he did not sign the Bill of Sale, we were unable to register the vehicle at a nearby Registries Office ( after a 45 minutes wait in line) Returned with a signed copy, waiting in line for another 20 minutes. Only to be told that a New Vehicle Information Statment ( NVIS) was required. Picked up plates having obtained all the information. Dropped off the wife, to pick up new vehicle. Having been told that the vehicle was ready hours before. She reluctantly declined the PREFFERED, VALUE, BASIC & CUSTOM options on said vehicle. As she needed to read over the offers and discuss their merits. Like a "good little pupppy", they made her wait 1.5 hours. Only to be told they now needed a canceled cheque. Well thats when she lost it and rightly so. Quick to the rescue was the Managers ..Senior Manager. We were gona say nice things about her, but seems this is a common occurance. At this particular dealership. Wonder how many times Calgary Police Service has been called to deal with un-happy customers. Good thing I was out on other errands, as I am out of "alternative measures. Just saying More
