BEWARE OF FRAUD! !! THESE PEOPLE FILL IN FINANCE APPLICATIONS ONE WAY AND SUBMIT A DIFFERENT APPLICATION TO THE BANK!!!!! THEY FRAUDULENTLY RUN YOUR CREDIT AND TELL !! THESE PEOPLE FILL IN FINANCE APPLICATIONS ONE WAY AND SUBMIT A DIFFERENT APPLICATION TO THE BANK!!!!! THEY FRAUDULENTLY RUN YOUR CREDIT AND TELL YOU THAT YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR RATES WITHIN YOUR ACTUAL CREDIT. T&T could improve by not committing fraud. Eve Marzecka committed fraud when submitting my finance document - I have a fake job, fake income, fake address and phone number so the bank could not verify employment...Maybe she should have paid attention to the fact she listed I have been working at my new company for multiple years when I moved back to Alberta less than 1 year ago LMAO. She has continually refused to show me the application - I went to the bank I had my loan with and they gladly printed out my application just so I could see what a liar this woman is. Best part is that I signed a different document, and you can tell she took my signature and attached it to a different form because my signature was on page 2 of the package so she just submitted a new page 1 TWO WHOLE DAYS after I purchased the car. Eve also fraudulently added $8000 to the cost of my vehicle. She called me and was yelling at me at one point, calling me "the biggest problem customer in 18 years". Chaantal Karmensky has admitted T&T works on vague terms and that bills of sales DO NOT REQUIRE TO BE FULLY FILLED OUT, which is against AMVIC. These people owe me thousands in refunds and they are not returning my phone calls. Navroz and Maurice are ignoring my complaint emails. Not only this, the falsified the information about my vehicle. I thought I was purchasing a different unit, a brand new unit, and instead I got a scratched up, used unit that does not match the paperwork given for it. There's paperwork with conflicting info, and other paperwork literally has the VIN ripped out (like they ripped the VIN info off the paper). When I brought it in for some work, they did additional services I DID NOT CONSENT TO and told me they did not need to confirm anything when dropping the car off. They did not note the ODO in/out, so I could have had my car taken for a joyride without knowing it (many of the salesmen have even told me they wished they could take my car out for a rip when it was there). I have these great people ON RECORDING blaming me for one thing, then another person blames me for another. Will make this public once my case is closed. Can't wait to see what AMVIC and every other governing body I am complaining to has to say. More
I have bought two Ridgelines from this owner group and have done most of my maintenance there. Just went in for alignment and recall, They did the full valve service a while ago as well and I thought the have done most of my maintenance there. Just went in for alignment and recall, They did the full valve service a while ago as well and I thought the valve cover gasket was leaking, I have oil all over the engine. Was told was not the gasket but was the grommets under the cover. The advisor called me back when he was told that they are on top of the valve cover. I had no idea what he was talking about and refused the $400 plus fee to fix the leaks. Picked up truck, the grommets are like washers around the bolts that hold down the valve cover. They should have been changed when valves done. Just tired of the BS , they have lost me as a customer, no desire to argue. Not the first time for shady work here. More

My current Honda I purchased from Darren Bayrack late 2020 and he is the first sales rep that has ever provided me after sales follow-ups, even recently 1.5 years later. If you are looking for a dealership that understands great customer service, definitely choose T & T Honda, Darren is the rep to reach out to, and Scott and his Service team will take great care of your vehicle!!
