T&T has gone so far downhill in recent years! ! I purchased my first Honda there in 2016 and it was an amazing experience. My second was purchased in 2019 and looking back we definitely got rip ! I purchased my first Honda there in 2016 and it was an amazing experience. My second was purchased in 2019 and looking back we definitely got ripped off by sneaky sales tactics and hidden fees. Fast forward to now, I’m in the market for a new vehicle so I thought I’d give them one last try - I wasn’t able to get to the dealership due to circumstances which I explained but was interested in some current incentives for new vehicles so I gave the sales team a call, explaining what I had to trade and what I was looking for. The first salesperson seemed very green and was not helpful so I asked the receptionist to connect me with an experienced salesperson. The experienced salesperson was very rude, short and dismissive. I guess they don’t care to have me as a return customer for a 3rd time so I won’t be going back, and am the process of dealing with a different dealership. Their loss! More

I have been a long term customer with T and T Honda. I am now living in Evanston community but still want to come back to this location for my car service. Ken, the advisor, was so helpful with my needs I am now living in Evanston community but still want to come back to this location for my car service. Ken, the advisor, was so helpful with my needs for shuttle arrangements. The shuttle staff are nice, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend! More

T&T Honda has fake promotion and in my view cheating people. I bought a new HR-V and they said they have promotion going on as a set of tire with every new purchase, when everything has been completed t people. I bought a new HR-V and they said they have promotion going on as a set of tire with every new purchase, when everything has been completed they said "you won't get that promotion because we are not making any money by selling that HRV". The personal claims himself he is an assistant manager behaves like he is giving me his own car with no cost. I am long time customer of this dealership but I will not suggest any of my friends to buy from here. More
