Frankie Zhen and Jordan McCausland were awesome, both had a smooth style that allowed us to make a well informed decision on our purchase. At first, the model and trim we wanted was not available, but we wer a smooth style that allowed us to make a well informed decision on our purchase. At first, the model and trim we wanted was not available, but we were shown options that made sense and at the end was a better fit for us. We were accommodated throughout, as we are a bit picky. Jordan was also very knowledgeable and worked really hard to get us to the right place . Your whole dealership was on board for providing great service and accommodated us in the extras we asked for through out the experience! T&T has gone so far downhill in recent years! ! I purchased my first Honda there in 2016 and it was an amazing experience. My second was purchased in 2019 and looking back we definitely got rip ! I purchased my first Honda there in 2016 and it was an amazing experience. My second was purchased in 2019 and looking back we definitely got ripped off by sneaky sales tactics and hidden fees. Fast forward to now, I’m in the market for a new vehicle so I thought I’d give them one last try - I wasn’t able to get to the dealership due to circumstances which I explained but was interested in some current incentives for new vehicles so I gave the sales team a call, explaining what I had to trade and what I was looking for. The first salesperson seemed very green and was not helpful so I asked the receptionist to connect me with an experienced salesperson. The experienced salesperson was very rude, short and dismissive. I guess they don’t care to have me as a return customer for a 3rd time so I won’t be going back, and am the process of dealing with a different dealership. Their loss! More
