I want to extend a huge thank-you to everyone at Honda. I brought my car in May 13 as my car alarm was acting up. She explained to me in detail how my car would be assessed and later called me to report the findings. My car was assessed thoroughly by the report Kate read to me and I was very impressed. I received everything I needed and was charged very fairly for the service done. I absolutely had an extremely positive experience at Honda and appreciate all the staff involved in my service. I scheduled a tire swap on line and was phoned immediately to confirm. I was informed that the wait could be 4 hours. That’s an unacceptable waste of my time. I think you need to revamp your scheduling model to better respect you customer’s time. If I have an appointment for a half hour job I shouldn’t have to wait for 4 hours for you to get around to it. On this occasion I was out in 90 minutes because they were able to get me in right away. That said, that’s probably the longest acceptable wait. You really need to schedule better. I arranged an appraisal at the same time and it was completed, prepared, printed, and presented in the first half hour. Well done. More

I have had all of my servicing for my 2004 Honda Accord performed at the dealership and after almost 17 years, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
