Dropped my car off for a tire swap and Lance B was my service advisor. He was friendly and informative. He also took the time to answer questions outside of the service to be provided that day. The staff was ready when I arrived and they had everything explained and the paperwork ready in a very short time. I was asked if I would leave the car and if there was a drop off area that would w everything explained and the paperwork ready in a very short time. I want to extend a huge thank-you to everyone at Honda. I brought my car in May 13 as my car alarm was acting up. I was greeted by Ken in the service bay who was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all brought my car in May 13 as my car alarm was acting up. He put my mind at ease and he went above and beyond to make sure my car would receive the service it needed. The next morning I received a phone call from Kate who was also very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the service I required. She explained to me in detail how my car would be assessed and later called me to report the findings. My car was assessed thoroughly by the report Kate read to me and I was very impressed. I received everything I needed and was charged very fairly for the service done. I absolutely had an extremely positive experience at Honda and appreciate all the staff involved in my service. I will highly recommend! Thank-you so much! More
I scheduled a tire swap on line and was phoned immediately to confirm. I was informed that the wait could be 4 hours. That’s an unacceptable waste of my time. I think you need to revamp your sched immediately to confirm. I was informed that the wait could be 4 hours. That’s an unacceptable waste of my time. I think you need to revamp your scheduling model to better respect you customer’s time. If I have an appointment for a half hour job I shouldn’t have to wait for 4 hours for you to get around to it. On this occasion I was out in 90 minutes because they were able to get me in right away. That said, that’s probably the longest acceptable wait. You really need to schedule better. I arranged an appraisal at the same time and it was completed, prepared, printed, and presented in the first half hour. Well done. More
