My visit was for tire change over for summer. The check-in greeted me by name and had the paper work ready. The service advisor had the tires pulled and ready for installation. My advisor, Chris Antonio, was very helpful during check-in. Called when the problem was identified and, because the problem was related to an air bag wire which may have been related to a past recal check-in. Called when the problem was identified and, because the problem was related to an air bag wire which may have been related to a past recall changeout, didn't charge for that service. Also identified and repaired an oil leak which I knew was an issue. Repair was relatively inexpensive. Chris was honest, knowledgeable and professional. I haven't been to the dealership in awhile and things are certainly changed for the best in the service department. More

I was not happy having to take a loan to get a discount, I almost walked out, bad policy. Very good service from all parties involved.
