After many calls and visits I was promised to get this replaced today and then when I went there one of the guy told me that he cannot do it without Lee, Assistant manager and whom he cannot locate. Also, he told me what is the point of making an appointment? To this, HD didn’t reply. After waiting half an hour when Li came in to his office, he didn’t apologize and start asking some questions that he already asked me almost 2 weeks ago. That was frustrating. After I provided all the info, he told me that it will be done now. Now it is almost an hour, nothing is done. Not only this, My wife is still waiting for one of her 200 dollar referral bonus for almost 2 years. If you like Honda cars go somewhere else. More

Bad service overall I had several bad experiences at this dealership. Firstly, I went to purchase a new car and asked the sales person for a test drive. His first questio I had several bad experiences at this dealership. Firstly, I went to purchase a new car and asked the sales person for a test drive. His first question was whether I was serious about pirchasing. I walked away. I took my low mileage Honda pilot for regular maintenance service. They gave me a list of defects that included replacement of front suspension bushes, joints etc. I took it to another dealership for second opinion and they said the car was in perfect condition. Took the Honda Pilot again for replacement of tires. They over charged me and returned the car with grease patches on the interior roof, dashboard and a permanent scratch on the steering wheel. I have never visited this dealership again. They seriously need to change the people who work there and improve their quality of service to meet global “Honda” standards. More
Sales man doesn't have any idea about cars. Just bought a 2014 CPO car from this dealership in the past week in suggestion from some relatives that is a long time customer (about 10 years). fina Just bought a 2014 CPO car from this dealership in the past week in suggestion from some relatives that is a long time customer (about 10 years). financial department is very helpful, but the salesman we talked to begs to differ, it says on their website he's been a long time salesman there, but his suggestions doesn't reflect it, when we first came there he suggested this particular car, we trusted him (he's been my relatives salesman for a long time), but when we got the car we didn't notice (and he didn't point out) that the car has minor rust on front part of the hood, it's ok because it's very small, but of course I'm getting a new car might as well ask what we can do about it, so I asked the salesman what we can do, and funny enough, he just suggested to put touch up paint (pen) over it, I'm not very familiar on using touch up paints and asked him how to use it, he said to use alcohol to clean the surface before applying the touch up paint, after researching online. I'm guessing salesman doesn't have an idea what rust can do on a car (btw for you guys that doesn't know, don't paint over rusted parts of car, this doesn't solve the problem and will make it worst). Very disappointed, (relatives are surprised too that their service went down the drain). Guess I'm the last person that they're gonna refer to this dealership. More
Worse experience Managers got terrible attitude, don't know promise is promise. Try to lower the price to bring you in but never keep the promise. We'd like to thank John Vu the manager and Iggy Eqbal Khan the salesman for their excellent services. Very professional, pleasant to talk to, and ever helpful. One thing though: stay away from Rana Singh, another manager. You don't want to have a bad day talking to this guy. Too bad I did! Other than this guy, Surrey Honda is a good dealership to go to. We recommend to you all. I gave it full 5 stars because the bad experience with that Rana Singh guy shouldn't be counted at rating. More

Problem #1 though I called, gave my name and scheduled an appointment with my info, the xxxxxxx at this dealership call my sister to tell her about my appointment (my sister who happens to live at a different address & have a different number and a different car altogether). Problem #2 when a I showed up for the appointment I made, they continued to call me by the incorrect name although I told them over the phone they have my name wrong, in addition to this, though a I gave my car keys to the service guy, he came back a few hours later and told me my keys don't fit...I thought he was joking, but I told him to show me and he had a pair of keys in his hand that were not even the same car year as mine. He says he didn't force these keys into my lock, but I can tell that he did. More
