Very unprofessional, don't go there I found them very rude, unorganized and unprofessional. This is applicable for Honda Finance service and Service section. I am so pissed off that, I am going to talk about this dealership with central Honda and Financial service department. They never keep the time they promise. Same as many of others, I am very time bound person. I don't have much time to spare. When dealing with dealership for delivery or discussion or service, they could not keep the time. Financial department people are highly unprofessional, make mistakes often. Overall, very poor experience. Once the vehicle is sold, try visiting them again, they will not recognize you, I am sure. I made mistake by changing the dealership I used earlier. I am sad that I have to go to this shop again when my leasing contract will be finished. More

worst car buying experience we have ever had! The customer service was awful! None of the managers followed up on anything they said they would. When they called us and told us that the car was ready to go, it was not. They had not even detailed it! They told us on two different occasions that they were going to get quotes on getting leather put on the seats. They have not even bothered to get a quote and it has been 9 days. We have been trying to book the car in for two days to get the headlights to be cleaned and to get the tear in the soft top that was their fault to be repaired, They can not even return a phone call, we have to keep calling! When we went in to purchase the car we arrived at 1:30pm and it took until 5:30pm for them to get their act together and have the paperwork ready and the car ready. Absolutely the worst car buying experience we have ever had. I would never buy another vehicle there again. They even misplaced the winter tires that were waiting for us to pick them up. It took them an hour to find them. More

The salesman used this as his main selling point, and when it wasn't true, I felt I had been lied to and had wasted my time. Not being allowed a 3rd party mechanic (BCAA) inspect Surrey Honda vehicles being considered for purchase, dumb fool that I am, placed my trust in Surrey Honda Service Dept. for an honest 153 point mecha Surrey Honda vehicles being considered for purchase, dumb fool that I am, placed my trust in Surrey Honda Service Dept. for an honest 153 point mechanical inspection. Big mistake. The sqeakie clean Honda Dealership Mechanical Inspection Report proving not so reliable. Specifically: 1) 70-80% remaining brakes pads & rotors equates to 10% a few days later. 2) no driving lights means you better be back in the driveway by 4:30 3) Needing to top up the oil on a very leaky engine every two days, or call a tow truck 3) The steering rack and power steering pump making use of steering wheel incidental. 4) providing odometer readings lower than on other Surrey Honda vehicle history docs. 4) Sitting in the Surrey Honda Service lot for 6 days (6 visits) waiting for Pre Delivery Service that never happened, except for $1400. damage they don't want to talk about. 5)Legally required declaration of previous damage over $2000. (try $10,466.) deemed not worth mentioning. My pride and joy retirement car not safe to drive, - essentially a lawn ornament two weeks later. A couple of dozen emails, phone calls, visits and four registered letters - no reply. Upon threat of legal action, signed a written "compensation agreement" for business practice "lapses" 6 weeks later, which they again, couldn't find the integrity to live up to. More

The Kingsway car lot, Craigslist curbers don't hold a candle to these guys. A fraudulent purchase contract, failure to pay trade-in allowance, refusal to provide purchase, insurance documents, refusal or failure to provide pre-delivery, minor repair despite being provided vehicle on 7 occasions, damage to vehicle while in their possession, refusal to allow access to trade-in vehicle to retrieve personal property, clothing, camera, cell phone, seemingly regarded as part of vehicle. - physically assaulted, injured mistakenly by some individual also having an apparent issue with Surrey Honda. 14 visits, a couple dozen phone calls, numerous emails, 2 formal letters of complaint, retaining a lawyer, pending court filing; - nothing approaching a reasonable response 7 weeks on. Should you even think of dealing with creatures, you arguably need a psychiatrist (and a good lawyer) more than a Honda. More
They have such unprofessional sales rep who are indulging in giving false facts. They will call you after quoting a price and once you go there, they will not honor their words. I have had a chance to deal with couple of other honda dealers and their sales professionals were much trustworthy compared to Surrey Honda one. I would encourage everyone to look around other dealers before going to Surrey Honda. More
