He was very kind, thoughtful and straightforward with some humor on the side. Every other dealership I visited I left with a distaste in my mouth due to the clear sales tactics they were using on me to benefit themselves. I returned in January 2014 to make the purchase and found the same, positive, friendly and no-pressure approach. A test drive was conveniently set up followed by a smooth purchase process (again, no over-selling). The final "test" for me is always the delivery of the vehicle, and the follow-up customer service. Again, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went smoothly. No unwanted surprises. From the moment I first met Darryl, I was treated and dealt with in a very relaxed and easy going manner. The business policies and paperwork process went seamlessly and this was the first time the entire purchase process was entirely stress free and actually enjoyable. Darryl was very kind and understanding toward the many requests I made. I was skeptical at first but the sales process was not nearly as dreadful as I was expecting. In fact, it was quite enjoyable.
