Darryl was very kind and understanding toward the many requests I made. I was skeptical at first but the sales process was not nearly as dreadful as I was expecting. In fact, it was quite enjoyable. I am very pleased with the handling, value and style of my new Subaru. There was no looking back; it was absolutely the right choice. I am looking forward to many, many years and miles in my new vehicle and I can only hope the same in pleasant dealings with this great dealership. More
Purchased a 2009 Subaru Impreza sport hatchback and the car is great. Adolfo was extremely helpful, patient, answered all my questions and was very knowledgable. Adolfo offers great customer service and goes the extra mile. I can truly say that the purchase experience was pleasant. I had confidence that the car I bought from Subaru Mississauga was very clean, the dealership had a Carfax report and all previous service history records. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, new or used. More
This was our first experience leasing a new car through a dealership, as usually we buy through private sales. We were apprehensive going in and were waiting to be pounced upon and pressured into making a m dealership, as usually we buy through private sales. We were apprehensive going in and were waiting to be pounced upon and pressured into making a mistake, but our experience was the total opposite. Darryl was very helpful providing information and options and allowed us to take our time while deciding on next steps. Barry patiently helped us through the protection plan options and took the time to answer our many questions. More
We have owned many Subarus over the years, so when the last one needed replacing, we immediately called Subaru of Mississauga. Similar to our past experiences with this dealership, we were given an immedi last one needed replacing, we immediately called Subaru of Mississauga. Similar to our past experiences with this dealership, we were given an immediate welcome and respectful attention. The options for purchasing a new car were carefully outlined by the sales representative, with careful consideration of what we might need, without any pressure to buy any frills or options we might not require. The many details of the purchase were explained carefully and handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Discussing a trade in was easy and a fair price was offered. Although needing to buy a new car came when we were also dealing with other significant sources of anxiety, the actual purchasing process did not become stressful because of the care and concern that was offered regularly along the way. We truly felt as if "family" was taking care of us from the moment we called to say we had a "problem with our car" to the moment we drove our new 2014 Forester off the lot. It was a very pleasant experience in its entirety and we would highly recommend this dealership. More

Steve Howland did a very good job with our sale, straightforward and helpful. Barry Furukawa did an excellent and thorough job of detailing the available extended warranty options The balance: Car came with 253km on the odometer, (which was upsetting, but Steve provided a plausible explanation - it had to be delivered (driven) from Sarnia to Mississauga, which is around 259km dealer to dealer per Google Maps, and compensated by "the very good" above). The average: Price was about $1000 + $100/- above my budget. The +$100/- was a "request" from the Sales Manager Thomas Lam to my better half. More
I bought a certified Subaru Tribecca, upon delivery i found the thread of the tires were near to flat and the car feels sort of loose grip in raining conditions, breaks were also of the poor quality and found the thread of the tires were near to flat and the car feels sort of loose grip in raining conditions, breaks were also of the poor quality and feels a pressure when push the breaks, i spoke with the sales person and come to know the tires fulfils minmum requirement of 2mm (I can bet it is less then 2mm, the new tires are 6 mm thread), i took to the local workshop and they wondered how come the vehicle is certified with such poor tires, i escalated to the Sales them and i am hanging around for a month with no success ..... I bought the car for 19,500 plus tax plus extended warranty for 4 years how dumb i am :( Really the poor experience i would rather have gone to local website to buy a much much better car !!! More
On July 17 I purchased a 2008 Subaru Legacy from Mr. Monisse (Leasing manager), Mr Monisse has a very colourful way of speaking, he told me that the car was "immaculate" and that if anything was wrong Monisse (Leasing manager), Mr Monisse has a very colourful way of speaking, he told me that the car was "immaculate" and that if anything was wrong I could " throw the keys in his face" difficult to do as I live 1000 miles away in Thunder Bay. I bought the vehicle sight unseen on his word that it was immaculate. I made a $3590 down payment on Visa and acquired a bank draft for the balance, I had intended to deposit the draft into the dealership bank account provided to me by Mr. Monisse, and I made arrangements to have the vehicle picked up by a car carrier at my expense. At about that time there was a call from Mr. Monisse telling me that the Bank draft would take ten days to clear and I should Purolate the draft instead. Sounded like nonsense to me but I proceeded to do as requested. As luck would have it there was a bad storm that evening Purolator was delayed and when the car carrier turned up to pick up my car the dealership did not have the draft in hand and refused to release the car. No one from the dealer called me, I found out later that day from the car carrier what had happened. A quick phone call to the dealer's bank confirmed that had I been allowed to deposit the draft as I had intended it would have cleared in a matter of minutes. After an angry call to Robert Scheepstra ( sales manager) I was offered an apology and the assurance that I would be "very pleased with the car". The vehicle finally arrived a week later, when I got in I noticed the check engine light was on. I called Mr. Monisse who assured me it was nothing , well that nothing cost me $163 to repair, then I noticed a missing centre cap one of the wheels $19, then a missing end cover $64 then the final insult ,Goodyear tires in front , Yokohamas in back, I can overlook the numerous stone chips and light surface scratches ,but they are very visible. Several e-mails and phone calls have resulted in frustration and no reply from anyone at the dealership, other than a vague promise to call me and discuss my issues, that was two weeks ago. Everything I have stated here is documented by e-mails and receipts, I thought that buying from a Subaru dealer would assure some level of accountability but apparently "Backed by Subaru of Mississauga" is just an empty phrase.I will continue to pursue this issue through Subaru of Canada and the Better Business Bureau, it may be futile but people like Mr Monisse and Robert Scheepstra need to know that their behaviour is not acceptable. I have learned a valuable lesson, and at the end of the day the car will be repaired, but take my word there are many dealers out there, AVOID THIS ONE!!!! More
I service my vehicle often at Subaru Mississauga due to the high kms I put on (35-40k per yr) and they have been great to deal with. My car always comes back clean and in good order, I'm provided with a co the high kms I put on (35-40k per yr) and they have been great to deal with. My car always comes back clean and in good order, I'm provided with a complimentary shuttle to work, and I don't feel as though they service parts unnecessarily as some dealerships do. They communicate the status and work in a good level of detail and seek to make sure I am satisfied before leaving. I would recommend them to any Subaru owner. More
