I had an amazing experience at the Subaru dealership in Mississauga due to the exceptional service provided by Steve Howland. I visited many other dealerships and even a Subaru dealership closer to my home but I decided to come back to Subarua of Mississauga because of Steve. He was very kind, thoughtful and straightforward with some humor on the side. Every other dealership I visited I left with a distaste in my mouth due to the clear sales tactics they were using on me to benefit themselves. Steve made the experience a real pleasure and I highly recommend others to visit him. Plus I love my new Impreza - it is a great car and lots of fun too! :) More

I returned in January 2014 to make the purchase and found the same, positive, friendly and no-pressure approach. A test drive was conveniently set up followed by a smooth purchase process (again, no over-selling). The final "test" for me is always the delivery of the vehicle, and the follow-up customer service. Again, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went smoothly. No unwanted surprises. I must say that from the first time I entered the showroom, until I picked up my new car yesterday this had to be the most pleasant and easy purchase experience I have ever had in buying a car. From the moment I first met Darryl, I was treated and dealt with in a very relaxed and easy going manner. There was never any pressure or "sales hype" during the entire purchase process from Darryl or Barry the business manager. The business policies and paperwork process went seamlessly and this was the first time the entire purchase process was entirely stress free and actually enjoyable. Darryl was very kind and understanding toward the many requests I made. I was skeptical at first but the sales process was not nearly as dreadful as I was expecting. In fact, it was quite enjoyable. The options for purchasing a new car were carefully outlined by the sales representative, with careful consideration of what we might need, without any pressure to buy any frills or options we might not require. The many details of the purchase were explained carefully and handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Discussing a trade in was easy and a fair price was offered. Although needing to buy a new car came when we were also dealing with other significant sources of anxiety, the actual purchasing process did not become stressful because of the care and concern that was offered regularly along the way. We truly felt as if "family" was taking care of us from the moment we called to say we had a "problem with our car" to the moment we drove our new 2014 Forester off the lot.
