Darryl Monisse excelled in customer service giving me time to determine my needs and then offering just enough advise for me to reflect on and make the right choice, finally negotiating the financing with me and my sister that made the purchase possible and stress free. It is often an ordeal for a woman buying a car, however, this was not the case thanks to Darryl. I would certainly recommend him to family and friends in the future. More

Barry Furukawa explained to us in detail what we had just purchased (including what their extended warranty was all about) so that there are no surprises upon contract signing. Basically told me he would give me a great deal for a 2015 model but I had to put in a deposit down for a pre-order. I live far from this dealership but decided to give him a chance. Throughout my dealings with him, I felt like I knew a lot more about the car than he did and found information on the new model that he did not even know existed. Months go by when the car finally arrives, his tone changed. No more friendliness. No deal to be had, no budging what so ever. The discount that he said I would get was no longer true. I felt like he was back pedalling and said the discount was for another car and he had misunderstood. He sounded very unprofessional at this time. Because there was a waiting list and I was the first one to pre-order, it almost felt like he knew the next guy in line was willing to pay full price so he basically told me to take a hike if you will. In all honestly, I don't blame a dealership for wanting full price on a car that is limited and in demand. What is infuriating is that he knew there was no deal on the new model when he took my deposit yet he failed to tell me then. He strung me along the whole way and because of this, I got turned off. felt stupid and embarrassed and therefore, no longer wanted the car. I decided to wait but because of this, it would mean months before I could get the car that I wanted. Eventually I found one locally which managed to get me a heck of a deal. Patience is a virtue and it paid off here. Just a warning for others, do not let the smiles fool you. More

I had an amazing experience at the Subaru dealership in Mississauga due to the exceptional service provided by Steve Howland. I visited many other dealerships and even a Subaru dealership closer to my home but I decided to come back to Subarua of Mississauga because of Steve. He was very kind, thoughtful and straightforward with some humor on the side. Every other dealership I visited I left with a distaste in my mouth due to the clear sales tactics they were using on me to benefit themselves. Steve made the experience a real pleasure and I highly recommend others to visit him. Plus I love my new Impreza - it is a great car and lots of fun too! :) More
I met Steve in the fall of 2013 when I was considering purchasing a new Impreza. I found him very pleasant and not "pushy" as some sales people can be. This said to me that he was confident in letting the product speak for itself. Because of this, I had no hesitation in seeking him out when I was finally prepared to purchase the vehicle. I returned in January 2014 to make the purchase and found the same, positive, friendly and no-pressure approach. A test drive was conveniently set up followed by a smooth purchase process (again, no over-selling). The final "test" for me is always the delivery of the vehicle, and the follow-up customer service. Again, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything went smoothly. No unwanted surprises. I would recommend Subaru of Mississauga and Steve Howland if you are interested in purchasing a Subaru. More

I must say that from the first time I entered the showroom, until I picked up my new car yesterday this had to be the most pleasant and easy purchase experience I have ever had in buying a car. From the moment I first met Darryl, I was treated and dealt with in a very relaxed and easy going manner. There was never any pressure or "sales hype" during the entire purchase process from Darryl or Barry the business manager. The business policies and paperwork process went seamlessly and this was the first time the entire purchase process was entirely stress free and actually enjoyable. I look froward to having my new car serviced at Mississauga Subaru, and will definitely be making a strong recommendation for them to all of my family, friends and business associates.
