First Subaru and loving it! <3 I've owned a few different cars so I've experienced different dealerships. Aside for me choosing Subaru itself for being a reliable car with a good sa I've owned a few different cars so I've experienced different dealerships. Aside for me choosing Subaru itself for being a reliable car with a good safety rating, not to mention luxurious interior and it's been so far the most fun to drive. The experience I had at Mississauga Subaru was by far the best I've ever experienced from any dealership. As for the sales representatives that helped me, the sincerest, tell you how it is type of people and genuinely caring about my customer satisfaction. They Didn't just say thanks for your money and done. Periodically they still keep in touch with me to see how I'm doing and if all is well with the car. Great service. I reccomend a Subaru if you've never owned one and to start at this dealership! More

2015 Subaru Outback Limited By far the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He is very well versed in the product and took the time necessary to help me make the right decision confidently and comfortably! But Marc Burton was just great. I have gone to SOM several times before I purchased my car and it wasn't because of the service or lack there of but because I couldnt decide what I wanted vs. what I could afford and so on and so forth. Marc, not once, did me make me feel pressured or anxious or stressed - this was my first time purchasing a car and this whole process was very stressful for me, some salespeople can tell and they would try to pressure me and push me into buying a car, but not Marc. He was very relaxed, friendly, and knowledgable. During the months (yes MONTHS) when I was searching for a car I would email him several times and he always responded to any questions or concerns I had. When it came to making the purchase, Marc made my mother and I feel very comfortable. The questions & concerns kept coming and Marc always responded with a smile. He helped us get the best possible price he could on my Forester, and ensured I understood every step of the process; he would explain things to me 50 times over again if I didn't. Not only did the process go extremely well but I feel like I made a friend along the way as well. Would recommend Marc to anyone! More

I walked into the Mississauga dealership and was greeted by Darryl right away. Our conversation was immediately relaxed and Darryl proved to be very straightforward and helpful. Darryl was not pushy but he did get down to the busy of purchase quickly, which I appreciated. The transaction went quickly, smoothly and respectfully.
