He then gave us the keys for a test drive and we quickly realized that what he said was correct. The price he quoted was fair as compared to other quotes from the competition so we took him up on his offer. When the car arrived, he took the time to explain all the details on how all the features worked. I was completely satisfied and pleased to having completed the deal with Darryl. More

Test drive Lynn was friendly and accommodated my request to test drive a Legacy manufactured after a specific date to see how the wind noise was. Unfortunately Lynn was friendly and accommodated my request to test drive a Legacy manufactured after a specific date to see how the wind noise was. Unfortunately my perception of the the wind noise was still unpleasant so I did not purchase this vehicle. I had to work hard to filter out the plastic flapping noise since the vehicle I test drove had to be pulled from somewhere and the plastic hadn't been removed. I did have to spend some time waiting on both visits to speak with someone. I am not sure if this is due to lack of staff or just bad luck on my part. More

He fosters a two-way trusting relationship, provides good advice, and makes the buying experience a pleasure. Premium dealership: decent new but terrible used and service Toted as the corporate dealership it certainly has a great selection of new and used cars (probably the best). With new car purchases the dealership Toted as the corporate dealership it certainly has a great selection of new and used cars (probably the best). With new car purchases the dealership seems to have it well under control to satisfy the customer. Unfortunately, it is not all rosy. This corporate dealership has a great selection of used cars available. However, the majority seem to be the bottom of the barrel. Sure they may have the best features but the cars can come with poor mechanicals. Even if the concerns with the car are noted and listed on the purchase agreement they are not fixed when the car is 'ready' requiring repeated returns. Alternatively the repairs are poorly completed. In some cases additional issues seem to occur after the car is made 'ready' but before the car is picked up by the customer. It seems that the used cars obtained for the dealership are bought sight unseen and little to nothing is completed to bring them up to a decent standard. Even those cars sold with the Subarus used car warranties. The Sales manager acts more like the typical used car salesman than one at such a premium dealership. Mecahnical service is terrible and seems to be managed by inexperienced person or one who plays ignorant in order to increase the repair cost or to do the least possible for resale cars. What is deem a 'safety' is general a visual inspection. Service also does not replace clips lost during the repair resulting in panels that hand or are not secured properly even if the work is performed under warranty. Overall rating for this 'premium' dealership is two stars, mainly due to the poor (1 star) used car business and the poor (1 star) service. The new car business is worth 4 stars. Most people are very helpful but in some (most?) cases it seems to be lip service. Watch out for blowing smoke. More
