Arriver la ont me dis d'attendre un vendeur vas venir j'attend 5 minutes le vendeur arrive me regarde de haut en bas et m'invite a le suivre. Je lui dis que je suis pas prête a acheter aujourd'hui (a savoir que je compte changer d'auto dans 3 semaine environ donc je magasine je regarde beaucoup!) Il me dit alors que il ne font plus les testes drive de wrx car elle sont et je quotes "TROP FRAGILE" Je suis flabergaster... est ce que le vendeur viens de me dire que le chars qu'il est la pour vendre est trop fragile? Bref ont quitte la place puis je decide de rappeler voir si le test drive et bien possible la personne me répond que oui... je lui répond alors se que l'ont m'a dit, j'ai été transferer a un directeur mais aucune reponse. Bref pas besoin de dire que je sais pas si cest le fais que je sois une fille, si je suis jeune ou que j'ai dis que c'étais pas aujourd'hui que j'achêterais le véhicule mais en tout cas ca fait dure! I own (well I did own 3 Subaru's) my daughter still drives the 2010 legacy with over 350,000 thousand kilometers. The 2014 Crosstrek had 160,000 but the problem car is the 2013 Outback. I had this prob drives the 2010 legacy with over 350,000 thousand kilometers. The 2014 Crosstrek had 160,000 but the problem car is the 2013 Outback. I had this problem before with the engine needing replacement two years ago under warranty at 113,000km, did the whole thing and got it changed. Fast forward to 2020 when I brought it in for the same problem at 172,000km, 59,000km in two years. The "Service Manager" proceeded to tell me this is "normal"? Normal, I told him I have three Subaru's and the other two didn't need an engine change every two years? So I have them change the oil and some valve to do a $269 dollar test. I went back yesterday 08-03-2020 and spoke to the sales manager, who remembered me and my treatment from the so called "Service Manager" I gave him the receipt for the test and told him I went ahead and changed the engine myself, well actually changed two engines the Crosstrek is now a 2017 Ford Escape and the Outback is now a 2020 Silverado and to think I was looking at the 2020 Assent and a newer Crosstrek for my wife. I will never purchase another Subaru or drive one if it is given to me. Subaru Rive Nord lost a little under $100,000 in a new sale because their so called "Service Manager's" attitude towards me the customer. I will never darken their door again More
Très mauvais service. Perte de temps. J'ai fait l'essaie d'un véhicule le lundi (Subaru Forester 2020 14K KM) et mercredi soir je suis retourné faire une offre sur le véhicule. Lors de la préparation des documents pour le financement, je me suis aperçue que le vendeur m'avait vendu un autre Subaru Forester 2020 avec 23K KM. Le Forester avec 14k KM était vendu. J'ai annulé la transaction. J'ai acheté un Forester neuf chez Subaru Des Sources et j'ai eu un excellent service. J'ai eu des problèmes pour annuler le financement avec Occasion Rive-Nord. Un conseil, n'allez pas perdre votre temps là bas. More

Dealer wanted $250 extra to provide useable tires, and stopped returning our calls when we insisted that it's their responsibility to provide safe tires. After 2 months of fighting, Subaru Canada finally intervened to solve the problem. Love the car, hate the dealership. Buy elsewhere. More
post sale service by the management team It has been an ordeal in receiving post lease service from the sales management team headed by Ray Lewis since Apr. 26/2020 in which I had yet to rece It has been an ordeal in receiving post lease service from the sales management team headed by Ray Lewis since Apr. 26/2020 in which I had yet to receive delivery of extended warranty document with an agreed coverage of my lease July 26/2023. Ray & Daniel basically ignored phone calls, messages and emails on any outstanding issues. I had to intervene to ensure the outstanding payments were processed in a timely manner to my early lease return with a different dealership. without jeopardizing my credit rating . As I have been patient in the past but find this unacceptable and unprofessional behavior bearing the SUBARU brand and reputation incomprehensible. This experience has been unnecessary and stressful! More
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I called to see a used car, the sales person (Mike Leggia) told me that because of what's going on I'm not allowed to negotiate the price and that I'm forced to pay an extra 499 the sales person (Mike Leggia) told me that because of what's going on I'm not allowed to negotiate the price and that I'm forced to pay an extra 499$ to prepare the vehicle, when I asked why he said: that's how it works if you don't like it don't waste your time.... I asked to speak to a supervisor he said he was the supervisor. I called back and asked to be transferred to a supervisor, (Julien) after I explained what happened with (Mike) he said if you're going to maxi to buy a banana do you argue the price? Well here is the same you don't argue the price but if you don't wanna pay the 499$ we can do something about it we just won't inspect the car or wash it. I told him first off when you buy a banana from maxi they sell bananas that no one took a bite out of before but you're selling used cars it's different. I told him that I record all my conversations then he just hung up the phone. Basically the most terrible experience at a car dealership and SHAME on you for taking advantage of the people during a pandemic I never heard of a used car salesman who first doesn't allow the negotiation of a vehicle then adds 499$ plus taxes because he had to keep a car clean and inspect it. SHAME ON YOU, SHAME ON YOU. I'm never buying anything from you. And people should know about this terrible experience during a time of pandemic. More
