I still love my crosstrek, the only work I have down is generally oil changes and air filters and tire rotations. I have just under 100 km and it runs great. I still go in for service every 8000kms and Ken Hutzel remembers me, and my name. Best experience I have had with any other vehicles I have owned. We felt like he took the time to get to know us and our needs. We never felt taken advantage of, or like we were treated unfairly. An experience that I have unfortunately had with other salesmen. He has a very personable personality and if you go for a test drive, I hope you like Elvis! We would not hesitate to get our fifth Subaru from Ken. Although I hope that doesn't happen anytime soon. Empty promise! In January 2016 I bought used subaru crosstreck 2013 for my doughter. As a part of a deal I was offered set of winter tires with rims. After completing all financial aspects ( paid in full ) my car wasn't cleaned as was promised and no winter wheels. I asked dealership agent Greg Molnar about my winter wheels and he responded that presently there is none in stock and he will get them in next couple of weeks. Month went by, then another and 8 more and no winter tires. Greg never return my calls nor fulfill the promise he made during purchase of the car. In November I called Canada Subaru Customer satisfaction department , presented my story and representative Padma promised to investigate and get back to me before the end of the day. Three days went by and no one called back. The winter is approaching and now most likely I have to buy winter tires somewhere else.( cost of over $1000). I am very disappointed that this dealership will sell cars by making Empty Promise to complete transaction at the highest price. More

Seems as if this is another crap review for their parts and services department. Should I mention I'd emailed for a quote about a month ago? There's no point in chasing them to install this for me because clearly they're too busy to even return a call. Ridiculous. More
taking advantage of a lady my wife was there on november 3rd 2016 for a 7:00 am app to buy and install winter tires she also bought some rally armor mud flaps which she bought my wife was there on november 3rd 2016 for a 7:00 am app to buy and install winter tires she also bought some rally armor mud flaps which she bought from Lethbridge subaru under the advice of your service dept stating that once the tires were off it was nothing for them to put them on so she was under the impression that no cost was to occur , otherwise i have a shop here and i could of installed them in 15 minutes so she paid 225.00 with shipping and was charge 180.00 for installing the mud flaps which he said took 1 1/2 hour no way that this is correct so now she owns very expensive mud flaps 405.00 when i could have done it in 15 minutes, that is called taking advantage of a women in my book not a happy man my wife loves her subaru and the only reason the ratings are pretty good is beause of her personnally i would not of rated it that high. ted More

Overpriced service and parts ttried to buy a windshield here they wanted $800.00 + for it i found it for a little more that half that price from thier supplier.
