Our salesman Ken was excellent; I did not appreciate having appointments made with Finance for specific times and not being kept in any timely fashion - in excess of 30 minutes later than time I was req having appointments made with Finance for specific times and not being kept in any timely fashion - in excess of 30 minutes later than time I was requested to be in attendance. This was our second new vehicle purchase from this dealership and it changed ownership in between. Went back as we really liked the product and the service area had been good - except for the last time when I was called in for a service I did not need - informed by service desk when I arrived at 7:45 AM. Aside from the frustrations with the Finance area I have to say that our salesman Ken was excellent and walked me through all the features and made sure I knew all about the 'bells and whistles' the new Outlander came with. I am hoping that the impact of the change of ownership will level out and we can go back to being really happy with the whole experience. Up until the last experience we have been very pleased with the service area as well. More
