Disrespectful and incredibly condescending and flat out rude. I simply wanted to buy a new Subaru. So I found another Subaru dealer in BC, easy to deal with. This dealership has changed ownership and doesn’t seem to want the factory orders from the previous ownership. Most of the staff and managers have been replaced. Don't order a new Subaru from Subaru City they will NOT honor whatever deal is signed. After I waited 6 months for my new Subaru they tried to increase the price of the vehicle and then they decreased th honor whatever deal is signed. After I waited 6 months for my new Subaru they tried to increase the price of the vehicle and then they decreased the price on the trade in. They have a scam on the trade in where they say GST is included on the price so they decrease the agreed trade in value by 5%. This is a scam GST is not applicable on trade-ins. They write this in after you have signed the deal. Subaru makes a great car but as others have said the sales groups are crooks. Don't order a new Subaru they will change the deal once it hits the lot. More
