I made the mistake in thinking that I could scale d I just recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan RT! I absolutely love it and my boys love it! I made the mistake in thinking that I could scale down to a smaller vehicle and tried a journey and was not happy at all ! It was way to small for our families needs ! Hockey, soccer lacrosse and lots of road trips ! I had to return the journey after only 4 months and Mike Sutherland was amazing ! Over the last 12 months I purchased several vehicles at the Bedford Highway location and every single time I dealt with James Anderson and Jennifer Kerr-Gibbons. I always received top service, professional, friendly, just quick and straight forward and we always have a chat and a laugh as well. James and I met maybe 2 years ago, he is a great guy to deal with, he knows the business and understands how important people skills are! We always chat about the business and much more. Jennifer I have known and dealt with since 2006, she is amazing to work with and I always know she looks out and understands the needs of the customer. The service department has always been good to me as well, I always try to deal with Mike Calnen, he is very experienced and looks after you no matter what.
