After a couple of bad experiences at other lots (assuming because I'm female and young) I was walking into Steele Chrysler very nervous and scared. James was the first one to greet me and instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. He is very professional, friendly, funny and informative. Since I had never went through the process of getting a new vehicle before I had a million and one newbie questions, but James was happy to answer all my concerns and questions. My Dad was financing the vehicle from Alberta and James made it very painless to do so. Once my Dad and I decided on a vehicle and put the wheels in motion James was super helpful. The finance part of things was taking longer than it should, and James was nice enough to "set a fire" under them to get things moving, which I greatly appreciated. James even took a picture of me with my keys and my new car to send to my Dad in Alberta which I thought was super sweet! :) Even once I left the lot (in September) James has been extremely helpful, and to this day, continues to offer support and advice when I need it. James is the type of guy that will continue his job even after you've left the lot and the sale is final, which is hard to find these days. Knowing that James is a friendly, familiar face makes going in to get service work done a lot easier. I would highly recommend James to anyone. Thank you James for being awesome! More
