Easy to Deal With, Listened to My Needs I had made the rounds to all the other major used car dealerships in Halifax and was getting tired of the 1970s, hard-sell, low-ball trade-in offer ap I had made the rounds to all the other major used car dealerships in Halifax and was getting tired of the 1970s, hard-sell, low-ball trade-in offer approach typically used at other used car lots. The salesman I met here, Jeff Hadley, was super easy to deal with. He actually listened to me and took my trade-in and budget to his sales manager and came back with exactly what I wanted to spend on a car that was like new, despite being 2-3 years old. There was no BS. No games. It was an easy deal to make and one I would do again without question. Also of note is that their used car detailing at this lot is excellent. Again, atypical of the other used cars lots I had been in around the city which typically had grunge in all the hard to clean places of the car despite being detailed. These guys truly went above and beyond, delivered to me a satisfying buying experience, which again is not typical in Halifax. I highly recommend both this dealership and Jeff Hadley as a sales person. Kudos. More

After my contacting the dealership through sending an email, James responded in a timely manner. Our first meeting went fine , however the van I drove in to look at was not there. James was able to locate the vehicle the next day ,called and set up another appointment for me to view it. This vehicle did not fit the bill but as luck would have it we settled on another Town and Country....in fact, one he had suggested on our initial visit. Throughout the whole process, I found James was always able to answer my questions and easily guided me through the purchase of my van. . There were 6 items that required attention before the delivery and upon arriving to pick up the van we found that James had ensured all were taken care of.
